1st Principle: 0:01 Tawheed
2nd Principle: 5:09 Supplication. Ask Allah for the purification of soul
3rd Principle: 10:57 Reading Quran with understanding and acting upon it

5th Principle: 22:02 Abstention from sins (lowly desires) and beautification with good deeds
6th Principle: 24:50 Closing the door that leads to deviation(misguidance)

(Umar ibn al-Khattaab (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said: “Du’aa’ is suspended between heaven and earth and none of it is taken up until you send blessings upon your Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).” (Tirmidhi, Ibn Katheer said: Its isnaad is jayyid. Classed as hasan by al-Albaani)

Qawaid of Purification of soul :
1) Tawheed of Allāh. It's the basis of the reminder of the principles for purification of the soul.. And there's no purification of the soul without the Tawheed of Allāh.
Surah dhariyat: 56 , Surah zumar :3 ..
Surah fussilat : 6,7
Allah threatened those who do not purify themselves with Tawheed.. A severe threat.. The word " Zakah" meant here is the tawheed of Allāh
Shirk opposes the Tawheed .. And one deeds is mixed with shirk then the servant is far from purification in both general and specific terms
Surah maidah : 5
( Tawheed in purifying the soul is like a tree which doesn't stand nor flourish except by it's roots ( foundation). So if the roots are corrupted the tree will be corrupted.. Likewise if it's roots are Good.. ( Surah ibrahim 24,25 )

There is a mistake at 6:32 the ayah the shaikh is quoting is An Nisa:183 not An Nisa:4
