I lost my 5 weeks old baby and it's hard to forget it. But to ease some of the pain my baby father would play this song because when I was pregnant I always sung this song and after I have him and him pass weeks after I could never from player Ng this song to feel close to him. I did not lose my son in 2006, he went home to be with God. I miss him very much but I am so happy for him and I'm so glad that God took him home. I would not want for him to come back to this world and see what it has turned into. He was spared all of this and I praise God for that and I pray that everyone who has had someone they know that has passed will be able to find the same peace in their heart that the Lord has put in mine.

I am so sorry for your sadness . I know at times the emptiness is vast and endless.
You didn't know it but you extended kindness to our family as we are in the midst of our pain.
While human lives lost are the greatest pain endured on this earth ,our sweet animals are the second closest to our hearts .
We have two retired service dogs that are at the end stages of their lives. They are my youngest Son's dogs. But they are also part of our family.
For a couple of weeks now I have been easing their pain as much as possible.
As we watch them suffer our pain increases.
The mobile vet came with pain medication for their days and nights.
We want them comfortable as it is hard watching their daily fights .
We are lacking sleep and wishing them peace, while praying for the best.
We know that God hears us and he will give them their much needed rest.
But it still breaks our hearts and takes away our desire for future starts....
By returning the kindness just by your words of gratitude,
You reminded us to have a grateful attitude.
Please don't stop , always start because your loved ones are forever in your heart.
They want you to have every start.
Take care of yourself,
as in grief we often don't.

I lost my beautiful baby boy in 2019 at 7 years old suddenly and unexpected. It feels like he was just here with me...the pain has never gone away and never will. He had asthma, the asthma took him from me. I couldn't even say goodbye. Until the end when I was holding him while his heart stopped. Oh I'm so sorry for your loss. I have a son 52 yrs old. He hasn't spoken to me in 6 yrs. Except when my stepdaughter passed away at 44. He called ask how her kids were doing and hug up. I'm so afraid of dying before I feel his hug again. He's never said what was wrong.

i sang this at a talent show on a cruise we took to england a few years back. before i started i dedicated it to my aunty heidi who passed from cancer. when i was done an old lady came up to me and told me that she was nearly in tears listening to me sing. fast forward a few more hours of that same day and me and my sis were outside of an opera we just went to and the guy who was the lead opera singer, Benjamin Makisi, recognized me when my sis went to pick up his CD. it turns out he was also at the talent show and he told me that it was beautiful to listen to. i took that as incredibly high praise cause i honestly think i'm quite mediocre, but i'm not gonna argue with someone who truly IS talented.

When my beautiful Mom was called to come home, I went through every stage of grieving and more. Depression after losing a person that lived in your heart is tremendously hard to overcome. What shook me back to reality was hearing her in my mind, to not waste another minute of this precious and very short life. Go have fun everyday, someway. This beautiful song is timeless. Much Love to All who are in different phases of the grieving process. God will carry you when needed, and you will get through this. I didn’t say get over it. It’s never over we just learn to cope.
Thank you for your comment, It touched my heart ❤️, you see growing up I wasn’t that close to mum, we clashed sometimes. Then the time come for me to marry, have children and live, however my circumstances changed. You see I wasn’t being truthful with my husband, mum,step dad and most of all myself, I never wanted a husband or children (I love them dearly though) you see I am gay. At 32 I decided to take a chance and be me, I left my husband and found myself living back with mum and dad, mum had a hard time understanding me but as time went on she overcame her vows. I ended up in a mental health ward having had a nervous breakdown, my mum visited me twice a day, once at lunch and once at dinner, she cooked my meals and bought them in for me. Anyway six months later I lost her and never had I suffered a broken heart until that day. I was 32 years old and I am 52 now and do you know in those 20 years not a day has gone passed that I haven’t thought about her. It gets easier however it never goes away. I hope that you read this comment fully and get a little message from me to you things get easier but they never go away and that’s okay because that’s real love my friend 😃❤️💕🌈xx

@Ruben Daniel thank you for asking. Day by day getting less obvious I’m grieving. The pain got quiet but not lighter. I miss her terribly still but making peace with it as much I possibly can accept that my mom is gone. I lost a lots of people during cancer fighting and lost a lots of close relatives but losing my mom is not even comparable. Thank you for asking. Hope you are doing well.
