This has been the worst part of the pre PA process for me. I’ve been told no repeatedly at the hospital system I work for an it’s really frustrating. I don’t see how in the world applicants are reaching the “averaging shadow hours” some of these programs are claiming (saw one over 500).

I’m worried I’m gonna lose my letters of rec. Been watching your videos through college and I’m excited to apply next year finally :)
