Gerard Moreno oh look you must be the monopoly guy - Ace Venture 2
His mustache is amazing
Ace Ventura Nature Calls-"Do not pass go do not collect $200". Also, he kind of looks like Colonel Mustard.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
He just spoiled the next seasons of Narcos
Stamatios Bardanis 😂 100% we going to see a voice over and his name being mentioned
Is there a next season?
They get him in the end

Purple robe = archer
That mustache alone could have taken him down.

He was putting the blinds on the Dusties.
😂😂😂😂
One more time, let me really hear the music in it.
He easily avoided giving any sensitive information. And didn't actually tell you how they got El chapo, but he made you think he did. The last thing he said was "and then there were different things that happened that led to the capture of EL Chapo" Bravo, very well trained :).
He didn't tell you how they got el Chapo because it was the Mexican military who did, in turn Mexican authorities extradited him to the US and used information like the one gathered in this video to charge him in the US.
@@malvarmarakontobro exactly
Read hunting El Chapo it was DEA and Mexican marines
That's because he's a smart man when you let people know how they got ya then you have to train all over again
So my respect to this man ✌👍
@@malvarmarakontobro I assume they left it up to the Mexican military to capture el chapo since they’d probably get pretty angry if Americans came in and did it. America probs provided the info.

People say you have to be a genius to become an FBI agent when in reality all you have to do is be flamboyant and put on a purple robe every once in a while

Please, every 3 letter agency is filled with idiots
cnsln_memphis that's why they only have three letter names- it's all they can remember

i can only imagine this man speaking Italian the same way brad pitt does in Inglorious Bastards “Gore-LAH-mi”

Plot Twist: EL Chapo was hiding in his mustache
Vincini Car and took out three agents when they came for him.
That sounds like a jojo stand
Hahahaha 😅🤣😁
So all they had to do was ask him to speak Sicilian and he would’ve been caught
But he never speak with them directly
If only they had Duolingo at the time 😔
They were dealing with Mexicans. How would they know?
Okay bud yeah sure. Just ask the head of an international crime organization to speak Sicilian to 'prove he is real.' That's not insanely disrespectful or anything. Definitely couldn't go horribly wrong.
@@danielholtzman2582 how to start a thir world war, 101 😂😂😂

I feel that Nick Offerman would nail the role of Mike McGowan.
He do be a badass doe
gguchristine he really do be
English dickhead! 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Why is the FBI taking down el chapo.. not gonna he do be looking like a badass doe
They had several meetings, in the US and in Mexico. The guy they met as described by Mr. Largemoustache was Jesus Manuel Gutierrez Guzman, cousin of El Chapo.
This is a true cowboy western. A "sheriff" with a giant uneven mustache taking down Mexican banditos
@Channel I wonder how life was in the USA in 1800.
Funny thing is he only took down the lower tier bandidos chapo isn’t that high up
What's a "bandito"?

Or is that simply today’s alias. No one will ever know.
I was more captivated by his Lorax-esque mustache 〰️
I'll see you on a future season of Narcos Detective Walrus
I'm sure he's got some more great stories that he could tell..
Have to say though that the war on drugs has been nothing short of a failure.
Plot twist; this interview was filming the back of his head.
Lol what. That doesnt make sense

Nice to know the pringles man is doing well
Still crazy to me that they act like drug dealers to arrest the actual ones. Whoever came up with that idea is genius yet insane lol
"chose to retire" sounds so ominous when he says it
This guy is so good, he could do all of this with his eyes closed.
The sreenwriting gimmick is spectacularly irritating. Just let him talk. You're more in love with your own cute ideas than the quality of the interview.
Well said.
I didn't mind it at all.
e: but I can see your point, I imagine the sound effects especially could be grating for many. I thought it was kinda fun and gave some visual to look at during the story, but it could've been done a different way that would be more effective and less potentially annoying
I mean, the channel name is *Vanity fair* after all.
An undercover agent by day, a Prussian general by night, what stories he must have...
Man, this video was no less than a classic Scorsese film. Ufff what a life!
Such a great story thanks
If the hair on the back of his head " STOOD UP" does it mean that the same thing also happened to his MOUSTACHE 🤔
Now this makes me think like an agent and a drug lord.
His large mustache really goes with the whole “undercover cop” vibe
Why does nobody acknowledge that this man looks so much like Hercules Poirot? (at least as how he was described in the books)
Poirot was a small-sized man with a balding head and small moustache.
He’s a good storyteller
Something tells me this guy didn't have a hard time keeping a straight face while undercover.
I wanna know how he was planning to make this continent connecting pipeline
It wasn't a physical pipeline more so a secure connection with real port, real contracts, real loads of goods and sometimes a lil bit of coke. But i wont be surprised if they actually create an actual physical pipeline across to Europe. They have top of the line engineers, as well with experts and massive amount of people willing to do labor under their power.
He’s using that phrase as a figure of speech. Not literally but I can see how it can be misunderstood in the way that he says it
There are just some people you instantly respect. This guy is one of them
You always gotta think like one to find one
That's the mustache I wanna grow. The search is over
I hate to break it to you and the mustache but you guys got his double 😂
Patricio would come and whisper in my ear ‘it’s free real estate’
Haha that one Sicilian speaker hardcore bailed before this operation
9:55 - Now that's good hospitality
This man is 100% wearing a prosthetic to hide his identity. If you pay close attention to the shell of his ear, you can see where the prosthetic is blended into his natural skin tone. The prosthetic is a little yellower in tone and the inner part of his ear is definitely more red. Also the flesh of his face just barely moves. It’s an incredibly impressive disguise.
The mustache makes me expect a Wilford Brimley voice
I love these
The bathrobe...maybe Peter Griffin was right about that clown uniform after all 😂
I'm only a few minutes in, but it is really, really bugging me that that coffee is just sitting there.
I want to see his Mike McGowan's story as a movie
I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up a meeting 😂😂
What an incredible story
Make this into a movie, PLEASE!!!
"Your Sicilian, hunh?" *chuckles* -Dennis Hopper
That's the kind of story where you actually learn more in 11 mins that 1 year of school.
I can't stop watching how his mustache moves as he speaks
He put his life in jeopardy
Crazy story. When I'm scrolling through TH-cam and not really sure what I'm looking for, ...this is what I'm looking for
Have a great retirement Special Agent McGowan!
It's be a movie by next year starting Bryan Cranston.
his mustache reminds me of the guy who solved the murder on a train
What a hustle
I’ve worked with thousands of files 🗂... ain’t nothing in those background boxes📦
For a Second i was thinking He would say the CIA....ahhh no El Chapo ..
Boy, howdy, negotiatin' a drug deal sure is time consuming lol This guy is all chill.
At least we know who the next protagonist of Narcos: Mexico will be.
I can't be the only one that chuckled when he said he was picked for the Sicilian only for him to say "& yes, obviously I dont speak the language, i struggle with english" 😂😂
That mustache has led a more exciting life than me!
Fits perfectly with just about everything Anabel Hernandez says about how big the drug problem is.
If they make a movie of his life they've got to get Wilford Brimley to play him.
Does he also have Diabeetus ?
Give me a part 2
His book ghost is incredible
This is an easy opportunity for an award winning movie
I feel like there is a part two?
it looks like an old eggman wore a young eggman suit, who wore an old eggman suit
That moustache makes Wilford Brimley(RIP) look like a 6 year old 🤣
I could see him play a mob boss convincingly
I would watch a movie or netflix doc on his life.... the title "purple velour bathrob"
The power of velour
Nice!
Dats crazy bro
Imagine driving El Chapo around. Lmfao!
You can tell his face has a bunch of prosthetics or some type of concealing factor. That chin was moving in the weirdest ways lol.
