Thanks for your video. When I used this airport in 2007 or 2008, it was nothing like this. There was a small building where they did the immigration. I cant remember if customs was on this side, then you went over to the waiting room by ferry. It is completely different now.
First of all, I never knew you could take a ferry from Toronto Harbour to the Island Airport, I found it as I was looking for something else on google map. So in 2019, I was going to go check it out but I chicken out. The idea of taking the elevator 100 ft. down and walking in the tunnel beneath Lake Ontario got me very nerve. I really enjoyed this video it's not as scary as I thought, so next time I visit Toronto I will check it out, thank you, thank you, thank you!
This is the kind of video I wanted to see. so you literally walked underneath all that water. I’m just a bit confused, did you go from centre island to mainland Toronto or the other way around or am I getting it all wrong? Also, I meant to ask you, can you get out of the airport and just walk around the island no problem or are you not allowed to do so around the airport?
Glad you enjoyed it. I went from the mainland to the airport, but you can't get to the rest of the islands from the airport, you have to take a different ferry for that.
Can public go in to receive their family? My wife is pregnant and I see that carts are not available. Will I be allowed to the baggage area to carry the bags myself?

Through the tunnel, yes, but there are elevators, too.
