I cried listening to this as it reminded me of my best friend. She was so pretty and kind to everyone including me. I regret not ever asking her if she was OK or feeling down because I thought she had everything. She committed suicide a few years ago and I miss her so so much. I still don't know what caused her to commit suicide but many people say she got raped by some guys but didn't tell anyone which breaks my heart and I sincerely hope it isn't true.

But thankfully Cps did a case on the mom and sent her to jail and the daughter is now living with a loving family. Also I forced tears back when I realized what this song meant. If someone is going through this pain, please, please tell someone you know and trust and please for the love of god, don't bulky, or be mad, or sexually assault someone.

*MEANING OF THE SONG* (maybe, this is just a guess.;)
the "prom queen" is like a popular girl at school, who seems to have everything, nice clothes, money, big house, looks, boys like her ect. Everyone loves her and wants to be her and thinks she's perfect, but she doesn't love herself. She is wears a lot of make up because she is insecure and wants love. The 'diamonds' (i don't really know about this one) are actually tears, basically she is perfect outside but crying inside. Here's an example, in the line 'turns her tears into diamonds in her crown' kind of means that she hides, takes, her sadness and tries to turn it into something that helps hide how she feels.
*CONCLUSION*
Everyone else thinks the "prom queen" is perfect and that her life is perfect, but she doesn't think that. She doesn't love herself at all but pretends to be a perfect, pretty girl that everyone likes to distract everyone from the truth.(she's depressed and doesn't love herself)

It's 2021 and I hear the song every day it's so good ♥
I've been a fan of Molly since she posted her first video of her first hit 'his daughter' it was before it went to iTunes and before she became popular. I remember watching videos of when she was going to different schools and doing little concerts for the kids . I love seeing how far she has come. She is amazing and I think she's going to do so many amazing things. I love her so much.
