I still don’t understand a couple of things I hope you can clarify. Wasn’t Ultron made out of the infinity stone that came out from the scepter? That confuses me because where did Thor get then the infity stone to put in “the vision’s” head?

I don't think Ultron was made of an infinity stone, but he did have something to do with revealing the mind stone (yellow) that was in Loki's sceptre.
