ABOUT THE SPEAKER -
Mufti Ismail Menk of Zimbabwe commenced hifz at the tender age of nine years and completed at the age of twelve. He studied Arabic, Urdu and the Hanafi Mazhab from a young age with his father Maulana Musa Menk who graduated in Mazahirul Uloom Shahjahanpur under Hazrat Shaikh Maulana Zakaria (Rahmatullahi Alaihi) in the late 1950's.
Having studied the Hanafi Mazhab he then went on to study at the Islamic University of Madinah where he completed a degree in Shariah on the four Mazhabs. Thereafter he joined the Iftah (Mufti) department of Darul Uloom Kantaria in Gujarat, India where he graduated under Mufti Ismail Barkodrah at the end of 1999.
Ever since he has been actively engaged in teaching, lecturing country wide, running of Islamic educational institutes for the under privileged as well as the orphans, construction of Masajid and Madaris, relief work and coordinated dawaah country wide.

Wavaamuno Fatimaa I used to suffer from headaches which then developed into a state of sadness where I could not even smile!.
I lost power I once had, I was not the same!, I lost my family my beautiful gf and friendships. Even my own mother gave up on me!.
I had nothing and no body left. I was addicted to cannabis, porn and gambling in the betting shops.
I broke down when my gf found a new partner and moved in to her apartment with my kids. He took my place!.
I started drinking and went lower, I started considering which is the most painless way to take my life. No one would miss me I said.
That night I cried like I have never cried before while drunk, high out my mind and in a mess holding a packet of tablets I couldn’t do it!
I slept and had a crazy dream I was wearing a white robe walking around something like some kind of munk or something taking to a man with a face that was glowing with light it hurt my eyes when I looked at him.
The next day an old school friend called me, he asked me how I was doing after all these years and told me he was s Muslim now.
I told him I’m a MESS and my life has been ruined due to following my path.
He informed me that he had found a better way to live that would make everything better, 100% CURE all my problems!.
& all I had to had to do was accept that there was only one God and that Mohamed was his slave and messenger then he gave me a copy of the Quran but I must read it after taking a shower the first time.
I looked at it the next morning and couldn’t stop reading!! I fell asleep that night with the Quran and had another dream.
I dreamt I was in a cave looking down at a town high up in a mountain away from everyone and someone was chanting something in the corner (I couldn’t see his face).
The next day my friend and I went to the mosque for the first time and heard the same chanting that was in my dream echoing before the prayer started!, it was the people’s voices in the Mosque.
I converted that day and took shahada then the next week I contacted everyone one by one and apologised for everything I did and that I hope they can forgive me. I then cut them off!!.
I now replaced my old ‘friends’ with brothers, and my old gf that was fast too leave me with another man, I replaced her with a clean, pious, loyal wife. I quit all intoxicates and finally found the power to leave all the haram. All I wanted was the Mosque, to support my new brothers and to be a slave for my creator.
I took dawah classes and quit my job as a mortgage adviser to work for Islamic funded charity. I now give dawah every weekend in my town centre and invite others to the true path and will be releasing my TH-cam revert story soon inshallah to help others see this path indeed is the true way!.
أشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله
ašhadu ʾanla ilāha illal-Lāh, wa ʾašhadu ʾanna muḥammadan rasūlul-Lāh
There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
Rabbi habli milladunka zurriyatan tayyibatan innaka sameeud dua.
Rabbi laa tazarni fardan wa anta khair al wariseen
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
For the one who is afraid :
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّاب
Rabbana laa tuzigh qulubana ba'da iz morning hadaytana wa hablana milladunka rahmah innaka antal wahhab

Do you want shahada?say this Duaa:
رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا بِمَا أَنْزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
Rabbana aamanna bima anzalta wa ittaba'nar rasula faktubna ma'ash shahideen

Overwhelmed by life's problems? Say this Duaa:
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
Hasbiyallahu laa ilaha illa hua alayhi tawakkaltu wa hua rabbul arshil azeem
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
If you want yourself and your children to be regular in their salaat:
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ
Rabbijalni muqeem as salaata wa man zurriyati rabbana wa taqabbal dua
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
If you want your spouse and children to be Khair for you :
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbana hablana min azwajina wa zurriyatina qurrata a'yunin wa ja'alna lil muttaqeena imama
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
A blessed home:
رَبِّ أَنْزِلْنِي مُنْزَلًا مُبَارَكًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْمُنْزِلِين
Rabbi anzalni munzalan mubarakan wa Anta khair al munzileen
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
Keep the shaitaan away from you:
رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ
Rabbi a'uzubika min hamazaatish shayadin wa a'uzubika rabbi an yahdurun
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
Afraid of the torment of the hell fire:
رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا
Rabbanasrif anna azaaba jahannama inna azaabaha kaana gharama
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
If you are afraid Allah may not accept your good deeds:
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana takabbal minna innaka antas sameeul aleem
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
If you are sad, complain to none other than Allah:
إنما أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّه
Innama ashku bassi wa huzni ilalaah
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
DO NOT FORGET TO SEND it to others and multiply your ajar In sha Allah
