I downloaded a free app to help myself keep on top of my house cleaning. It feels like a sticker chart, and as a woman in her late thirties, I'm embarrassed that I need a reward system to keep a functioning home... but it's working, so who cares?! (My dog is also always aware of when it's time for me to take a break.)
