    Nice video Tracy,please i need to know what you used to get your skin back particularly your face i am presently experiencing same skin issues i am actually a Nigerian in Djibouti and after few days of stepping into Djibouti i started having acne and hyperpigmentation mine is even more than yours btw i have never had acne or pimples growing up in Nigeria i guess its cos of the change in climatic condition and water.I have been here for 7 months and the acne keeps coming i am tired.What did you use to get your skin back?kindly reply🙏

    • @TipswithTracy
      @TipswithTracy  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sure. I'll share what I used but keep in mind, we may have different skin type. so what worked for me may not work for you. So, in order to get it right the first time, especially if you're not sure of the best product to use or routine to follow, I'd strongly advice that you try and see a skincare expert or a dermatologist over there where you reside currently. They will examine your skin and provide you with the best treatment options for you.
      To answer your question:
      I make sure I cleanse my face at morning and at night, then I follow up with a vitamin c serum (from 'the dermaco'), then I apply my 'ceramide + hyaluronic moisturizer' (also from 'the dermaco'), after five minutes, I follow up with a sunscreen (I use sunscreen only if I have to go out. for added protection and I use a gel based sunscreen that doesn't leave my face with any white cast). You need to apply sunscreen especially if you go out a lot or are exposed to the sun a lot if not, your skin would become highly pigmented. but you need to know how to choose the best sunscreen.
      At night,
      I cleanse my face with a gently cleanser, apply my moisturizer. after 10 minutes, I apply my '0.05% tretinoin cream' (A PEA SIZE is more than enough for the whole of the face) and allow my skin absorb the product before going to bed.
      I also minimized intake or oily items, reduced intake of sugar and other gluten rich foods because it was affecting me too. I reduced the way I pop my acne. These dietary lifestyle changes was a life saver for me. I started using a satin cover pillow case instead of a cotton pillow case. I don't use sponge on my face, I use my hands and I don't share towels. I also read the ingredients list before buying a product because some product would only worsen your skin condition.
      I try to visit my dermatologist every once in a while for a follow up and skin examination. My skin may not be perfect, but it has greatly improved.
      N/B:
      I started seeing results after a month of consistency and by the 3rd month, my skin had greatly improved.
      Generally, I would say, do your research before you start using any product.
      feel free to ask further questions if any.
      Nuff Love.❤️

    hi do i have to show proof of yellow fever vaccination to enter nigeria from usa? or do they not mind?

    • @TipswithTracy
      @TipswithTracy  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sometimes, they wouldn't ask to show your yellow fever vaccination proof but it's better to travel with it to be on the safe side because you never know if the immigration official on seat would overlook or request for it. for instance, they didn't ask for it when I was returning to the country but they asked for it while leaving the country.
      I suggest you carry it while travelling just incase.😊

    i.m from south Africa Guyana 🇬🇾🇬🇾 how can I come to Nigerian

    • @TipswithTracy
      @TipswithTracy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      All you need is a visa. Make sure your international passport is valid for at least 6months, then get an invite or simply apply for a tourist visa if you wish to tour Nigeria for a few weeks thereabout. proceed to apply for a visa with The Nigerian Embassy closest to you, submit needed documents to meet with their requirement and you're good to go. once your Visa is out, book a flight to Nigeria and enjoy. Be sure to do your own research to see if the 'Visa on Arrival' option is available to South Africans, plan your trip with a trusted Agency to ensure your stay in Nigeria is well sorted out before your arrival.
      P.S
      You're always welcome to Nigeria.
      😊❤️

    How much cash would you for a three month period. An estimate

    • @TipswithTracy
      @TipswithTracy  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It depends on what you are going to do in Nigeria (e.g visiting as a tourist, etc).
      If you intend traveling to explore different parts or cities/states in Nigeria, partying, shopping, getting an accommodation to stay (i.e if you choose to stay out),etc then you may need more money compared to someone who may not travel inter- state to explore nigeria, who chooses to stay with family and probably have no intentions to shop or take flight to other states...
      We all have different spending pattern and lifestyle so, it might be difficult to estimate a figure because, what works for me may not even be enough for another.😊
      For instance, tried cutting down on accommodation costs by living with family and friends(meaning I get to eat free food too😄) .
      Incase you intend to carry out any activities within the state where you'll reside,travel inter-state by flight(which is the safest at the moment), purchase of essentials like skincare and mobile data, pay for your return visa and shopping generally, you may need to enquire from those who reside in the state you want to visit, get estimated cost for inter state travels by flight from the websites, check the minimum cost for accommodation in the state you choose to visit, enquire the cost for uber rides within the state assuming you do not intend taking the bus, etc. Then, note down all the feedbacks and estimates you get from the websites and friends who reside in the state you want to visit and plan accordingly. This will help you know how much you will need to do all these without stress.

    Madam, from your accent it doesn’t look as if you left Nigeria for a long time, you should know your country, it hasn’t changed we know that, you should have taken measures, I don’t like what you Nigerians bloggers do, we bring down our country in the internet. Please how long have you stayed away from Nigeria 🇳🇬. This is not good for image of Nigeria that is trying to build Nigeria hospitality. Abeg not all things should be brought to the internet. Wetin be all dis now Nigerians. Abeg, for example our people talk say shame no dey catch mad man but na the owner shame dey catch, see as shame dey catch me, make we mind wetin we dey carry come internet now. Na for view be dis one. Something’s we can discuss within ourselves in private. I don’t know when we would remove this spirit of self destruction from ourselves. I see all Nigerians are agreeing, who go happy, Other countries of Africa who don’t like Nigeria success.
