Oilskin Tarp from Cotton Sheet??

I try @NightHawnInLight 's recipe for making oilskin with wax and mineral oil. Converting a cotton sheet into a waterproof tarp.

We'll be seeing this "tarp" again in the future, I've actually gotten a lot of use out of it. While its not perfect, I feel overall the "oilskin" tarp has a lot of promise. Will keep everyone updated.
Note: using a sheet, the end product still has the structural integrity of a sheet, its just waterproof now. I plan to get some canvas drop cloths to "oilskin" which should make a pretty robust tarp.

When ever I do a treatment to my canvas packs I use a heat gun to help spread the wax all over. A time consuming job but well worth the effort👍
