- Bioenergie - durch Vergärung von z.B. Mais (Maissilage) entsteht aus der Biomasse Biogas und Gärsubstrat. Mit Biogas wird Strom erzeugt und das Substrat wird z.B. im Maisanbau oder anderen Kulturen wieder als Düngemittel eingesetzt. Im Video wird in den betriebseigenen Maisflächen gezielt Gärsubstrat gedüngt und anschließend mit einer Hackmaschine eingearbeitet. Die Schleppschläuche am Güllewagen sorgen dafür, dass das Substrat direkt an die Pflanzenbasis gegeben wird. Durch das Einarbeiten mit der Hacke steht der Dünger der Pflanze schneller zur Verfügung, Unkräuter werden gehackt und die Geruchsimmission wird stark gemindert.

Bioenergy - by fermentation of e.g. Corn (corn silage) is produced from biomass biogas and fermentation substrate. With biogas, electricity is generated and the substrate is e.g. used as fertilizer in maize or other crops. In the video, fermentation substrate is fertilized in the company's own corn and then worked in. The tow hoses on the slurry tanker ensure that the substrate is placed directly on the plant base. By working with the hoe the fertilizer of the plant is available faster, weeds are hacked and the odor immission is greatly reduced.

I think it is from a cattle or hog feeding or dairy idea. It is a cesspool. I bet the farmers love this new automation for getting it out to the field.

Нет , мух нет возле таких огромных открытых цистернах.По крайней мере ни разу даже и не задумывалась и в голову не приходило, мы часто гуляем по асфальтовым дорожкам , среди полей ,которые принадлежат только для тракторов , проходим мимо фермерского хозяйства и никаких мух не замечала ни разу. Есть мухи тогда, когда навоз складывают возле дома , но на такое никто не пойдет, нет навоза возле дома. А такие цистерны навозные они жидкие, разбавлены водой , когда коровники моют , вода и навоз сам стекает в эти цистерны, в больших коровниках больше не чистят . Живу за западе 30 лет . Местные жители часто устраивают в деревнях праздники , "день открытых дверей" , можно изнутри видеть как устроен коровник. Для коров есть даже душ и не один, а целый ряд , сама видела, как коровы в жару стоят под душем. Кроме того есть всякого размера крутящийся вал --- щетка, коровы принимают массаж .

@@soltankechrukov7139 эта жижа не должна отстаиваться. По мере заполнения , её перекачивают в цистерны тракторов и разбрасывают на поля. Да, тогда воняет на всю округу, но с этим можно жить.

Не ужели это показывают кабину трактора из внутри а в России только поставили автоматическую коробку передач вы посмотрите какой трактор и мы наводим порядок в Украине и в Грузии
Все новые трактора запада оснащены компьютерной системой управления. Во время поломки идет сообщение сразу в мастерскую и механики уже знают какую деталь заменить. Но такое бывает редко. Так мне объяснил фермер.
