As someone who has shared a bed with my brother and then cousin for half of my life. You really appreciate the middle of the bed since EVERYTHING is yours. You dont have to move you dont have to make space. You stretch your arms out and everything is fine.

Only ever shared a hotel room with a friend once. We both couldn't sleep and I was thankful for that. Somebody tried to break into our room at 2-3am and I didn't believe him at first. We stayed awake while gripping a knife and left as soon as the sun rose.

@@zinedinezethro9157 I tried looking for it. I don't recognize any photos. It might've actually been a motel? All I know is, Springfield, MA near Sixflags. Now that I think about it, we only saw 1 staff, no cars and no other names except my buddy's in the check-in book.
I just remembered a high school outing or two where my fellow boys and I shared a room for more than one night. It was a big room, and I was a lot more awkward back then, but I managed, and now I'm thankful for the experience it gave in terms of sharing a room with people outside my family.
This really made me realized how much band has given me life experience in high school. Already slept with 3 other guys in 2 bed room before for a few times. ngl one time, my bed friend was a little too paranoid that he didn't want to share the blanket and would rather sleep without one.
Also, I can sleep both side, but recently has been left side more often. If I sleep in the middle, my body gets more muscle sore than usual.
I have a king size bed and I also sleep in the middle. If you’re sleeping alone, have a big bed and don’t sleep in the middle, you’re the psychopath.

I sleep on both sides of the bed depending on how I'm feeling. So averaging it out I guess I'm middle like Hakka. That being said I sleep on a narrow twin sized bed so there's not much difference between sides anyway
When I get homies over they get the couch I aint sharing my bed

That's how I've gained the experience of sharing a room with people outside of my immediate family. As for which side of the bed: left, because that's where the wall is in my room
Michi sleeping on one side of the bed, yes, yes she is weird. Middle is alway the best, the feeling of not sharing and you can spare all your limb out is noice. It like you brought a plot of land but you decide to only use half of it, you’re wasting commercial space. Get in the habit of sleeping in the middle and you will be thankful.
Left or right legit does not matter to me, but I i do only sleep on one side. Only if I'm by herself, I'd prefer whatever side is closer to the outlet, night stand, bathroom, or room door. Otherwise, the other person can take their preferred spot and I'll fill the rest.
