- IT'S BACK TO SCHOOL TIME AGAIN!! It's my favorite time to make videos so i was so excited to see that stores are putting out their back to school supplies!! I wanted to go to target and check out what they had! I know it's summer but Target JUST put out their back to school supplies so you know I had to go and check it out! I'm starting high school this year and i'm super excited to get the cutest school supplies.

College student here, I loved loved loved my high school years! Freshman year was different but I had so much fun in high school. Piece of advice: join so many clubs it’ll help you get to know people in high school!

One of my favorite things to do is give people advice for becoming a freshman as a former freshman now sophomore so here is some advice
-if you have a list, use it before you buy things you might not need but it's always good to have the basics going into school. Binders, folders, notebooks (I reccomend some with multiple subjects and then some just normal)
- if you know it is a big school and you don't know your way around check online to see if they have a map or your first day go to the front office and they most likely will have a map
- bring earbuds because when you ride the bus it can be crazy, and music is always a good way to start off you day
-when getting a map, always make sure you know where your first period is before anything else
-when you get to class, sit with people, don't sit alone because everyone is probably as nervous as you or maybe a little less who knows but if they are rude, don't waste your time on them because their is a friend for everyone
- first day head to all your classes so you can see how much time you have to get there in case you wanna hang out with friends between classes
- find yourself a study buddy in classes you struggle with because those can be your best friends and can benefit you
- when sitting with people on the first day a good way to start conversation is comparing schedules so you can walk together, always a good way to make friends

okay i’m going to a completely new school don’t know anyone at all, and i’m very socially awkward, at my last school the people came up to me and spoke first but i feel like people aren’t gonna do that in high school😂
@@ThePrettyZ honestly same I'm so socially awkward 😭 but their are gonna be so many new people every year so you aren't the only nervous one. So some people will talk to you but just know in the long run that talking to someone and faking a sort of confidence will make school easier for you. You all start somewhere with friends, some people may seem mean, some people may seem nice. Steer yourself in the right direction and things will plan itself out. Just try to look confident and a lot will do good with that. Dress nice, first impressions always count for something

I am all new to foreign education system and I’m starting my freshman year in Canada in sept can you help me what are the most imp school supplies I need to buy? And do I have to take my laptop daily to school? Cause we don’t actually use laptops and just use copies to write notes in my country . And if we need laptop daily which laptop do you recommend using for school purposes?
@@kristinagautam5797 I don't use laptops because they usually supply them at school and I say pens, simple ik but they make writing simple. Multi subject notebooks to organize notes. Umm at least one binder or folder to keep everything there because I usually put everything in one binder or folder instead of a math folder, English folder etc. Flash cards, super cheap and super helpful for certain classes you need to study for. They offer a lot of the stuff at my school but idk how it works for Canada so hopefully that helps. And honestly there are a lot of super good laptops at stores if you go online , always go for a popular brand and pick the cheapest one because you get an amazing laptop with a trusting brand

I went shopping for school supplies today, I’m in 8th grade, and this is the most I have ever needed for school. I weighed my backpack and it weighs 15.6 pounds, my back is going to be dead by the end of this school year.
