Yes we need better starting overalls for youth players so they actually have a chance to get into the first team. Also calendar simulation because simulating season can take to long and sometimes I just want to speed through a season
i agree with you, new youth player doesnt have AI regen face,at least we can look the mini face not just the plain grey
I agree swap players and most important simulate should be there sometimes tired of playing those 38 matches and in smaller divisions 46. Also financial takeover and awards shouldbe there. Sm25 should be like fc24 manager mode
i hope that they should make so you can choose which leagues would be simulated since there are leagues outside the playable one
and i would like to see if they added 'sim to' like in fifa so you can skip unimportant games

I don’t agree with chemistry removal but I agree with the dynamic potential. Chemistry in football is about how compact, efficient you are around your own team. Correct me if I’m wrong though.

They should do more in transfers/ loan system. Looks good so far
I would only want 2 additons,
1. There should be a little modification of jersey every season. Some little adjustments in d colour and design of d players jersey. Not having the sane jersey all through.
2. The matchday performance should be bigger and clearer, the players are just too too far nd tiny. I dont like it and some times make it difficult to track the activities and the ball's movement
i like the current UI more than this one, specially the UI color

Those few things you say they can't add them.
We ask them since 2018 and they answered once about it saying that it wasn't easy to do, they can't program it because they just copy paste the game, add few not needed things and proceed to make a different video game that's unplayable af.
It's online because they want to avoid hacks and losing money that they wouldn't get anyways
The only thing it has better than fm mobile is that its for free to be honest

They should really pay attention to transfers during career mode. After 3 seasons it becomes annoyingly difficult to sell even really good players to teams. I always have to let players contract expire to get rid of them 😢
They better fix the freezing screen it has been a pain in the ass
True you accidentally tap on the screen and it freezes😂 so you have to leave the game and go back into it
They should add inverted wingbacks

Also, higher rating for new academy player, they way too low, need a lot of time to develop them
True, good academy players comes when you already have a super team and y get bored thinking about starting a new save because there's no challenge and no need to search for transfers

every previous soccer manager's game players often didnt reach their max potential despite scoring lot of goals and got almost perfect rating for every game... they always peak so early its unrealistic and so boring to continue to play the game when your favorite player end their prime so early

Gimmick changes as always for the last many years tbh. We ask for player swaps, release clauses, dynamic potentials, media talks (they had that in the past), team talks, player conversations etc since sm18 and they just can't do it as it seems.
All the differences we see from game to game is some extremely small features, graphics changes that nobody cares tbh and a new color palette....
Seems to be a mostly copy paste game
Indeed the game is in a better state than SM24 was after a ton of updates till today..
My biggest disappointment in the previous games is that I found myself doing exactly the same things with every teams, signing the same free agends, the same players, the same youngsters etc, I want to have more surprising players or try and persuade players that I wouldn't normally do that's why player swap and dynamic potentials is needed

This game seems rigged and scripted. No matter what tactics or what formation I use. I will always end up losing despite using Liverpool or man city or Barcelona. I drew 3 games with Liverpool 🤦🏽♂️ during the SM24
