Mason Mount's goal at Stamford Bridge will hit like crack. Hope it's on a Club Live! 😍
Bro you don’t know how that’ll feel imagine if he pulls off the Calma celebration as well 😂😂
@@ItsJesssee Rory will malfunction live on air.
It would genuinely break my heart as a chelsea fan ffs 😂
You legend 😂❤
Get a cup ready for the tears Adam
As an Arsenal fan who’s seen loads of top players come and go over the years it’s easy to blame the player. The amount of players I’ve called rats over the years, but in reality our club was in the mud..
Fabregas RvP Nasri Clichy Sanchez Aubameyang Adebayor the list goes on and on
Great point ☝️
It's nice to see Arsenal fans finally admitting their club is shit and always has been.
this where im at with spurs, idk why other fans are trying to convince Kane to stay. This is a turning point he needs to leave and hold the club accountable for their failure to build around him. idk why folks immediately turn their blinders on and ignore the situation the club is in.
@@Antonio-hb8rdI mean he didn’t say that lol but if it makes u happy go for it
How has Rory had 3 different takes in half a day on 3 separate media outlets😂😂

Rory is becoming the Piers Morgan of punditry who has recognised that brash statements earn more money than considered and intelligent discourse.
@lee84 he got called out on talk sport by his mate , when he said maddison was an OK player once he signed for Spurs a couple of months ago he was saying he was great player when still at Leicester.
Mount didn’t let down Chelsea. Chelsea let down Mount
By offering him over 200k per week ? 😂 He just wanted more money
Next joke plz. His nickname is Money Mase for a reason
@@Awkdby offering too late.
@@Awkdand? Would you not go to another company if they paid you more for the same job? Why are footballers vilified for doing something that anyone else in the general public would do? I never understood that clear double standard.

@@Wavy612stop lying to yourself. You like them more than anyone here
Rory is acting so dumbfounded as to why he left, but it’s quite simple. He valued his talents more than Chelsea did. They couldn’t come to a compromise, so he found another club who valued him more. The guy will only be in this industry for another 10 years at the absolute most, so he has to maximize his earning potential.
Mount wanted his Marketing / likeness rights.... Chelsea refused, Utd agreed - this was the reason but it's not dramatic enough to get grown to act like emotional women..... I have no problem w/ Mount - he's a decent player but he's limited b/c his decision making in the final 3rd is poor - the fact he, Pulisic, Havertz, Odoi, Werner have CL medals is a testament to Kante's greatness
Seeing Rory go through the different levels of grief over this transfer is beyond funny.
Haha that's the way I seen it too... Man's distraught 😂
Been getting so much stick from Chelsea fans for the whole season. Telling him to leave the club and all sorts. Now that he actually leaves Chelsea fans calling him a traitor. Pick a side please
Chelsea fans literally gave him a banner last season. If the “stick” you’re talking about comes from Twitter, then rethink your comment. Chelsea fans have given mount nothing but support since the first day he stepped onto the pitch for Chelsea. He’ll eventually realize how good he had it once the United fans inevitably turn on him for much less.
@@datboidiego9164 sir.
@@datboidiego9164 Yeah but like 90+% of chelsea fans on twitter have been abusing him for like a year straight, I would leave in a second if I was Mount.
@@datboidiego9164hat's a lie...he was abused by so many fans this last season... Your very own channel Chelsea tv did the same when he had a poor form..and the club did him dirty when they pulled off the contract they offered him last year.. You can't say he was loved my guy 😂
@@datboidiego9164Where do get this bollocks from. I was really following Chelsea in all platforms last yr, since they had a hilarious season. Their was nothing but hateful speech for Gallaghar, Mount & Auba who doesnt even play. As an outsider it seemed to me Mount tried his best but fell short.
If mount elevates man United to an even better team which I presume Erik wants his pressing and intelligence in the middle then I think it will be a fantastic signing. Gone are the days where u can rate a player as a stand alone talent. It’s all about the team. Henderson is not world class but in that Liverpool team he was. and if mount can get to that level it’s gonna be a bargain and being only 24 years old we have like 8 years of laughing at Chelsea just like how they lost KDB
And Salah
Not true at all, good teams only go so far. You need world class players to win things. Henderson adds to the team but Salah carried that Liverpool side for years.
@@Antonio-hb8rdMane had a hand in it
@@Antonio-hb8rd I mean Salah put up the same numbers this year and we finished 5th don’t think it was ALL him tbh 😂
@@Antonio-hb8rd and the same point can be made? mount doesn't have to be that guy he just needs to enable the team to do better which ETH decided that he is a piece that united was missing in the middle? i don't get ur point. Rashford can be that guy? bruno can be that guy its just like you said mason doesn't have to be "world class" to be the correct signing.
ETH and other managers would have been presenting Mount with very specific footballing visions and where they exactly see him fitting into their squads. Chelsea are on their 4th manager in 12 months, at no point after Tuchel's sacking can anyone at Chelsea actually tell MM what the plan is for him when he renews.
Best take ive seen
Bang on.
Exactly! Chelsea simply has no direction, also we can bet that Poch will 100% lose that dressing room.
Rory is incapable of thinking with any sort of logic so he could never come to this conclusion on his own
Mount runs around like a headless chicken & makes poor decisions in the final 3rd - he has an absolute gift for passing wgen he should shoot & shooting when he should pass - so he'll fit in beautifully at Utd..... unfortunately for Utd fans & Mount there is no Kante joining him to single handedly win Champ League medals
As an Arsenal fan I think Mount to Utd is a great move for him, definitely got a point to prove next season. It’s easy to look bad under a pony Chelsea side
At least as a United fan we can agree that Chelsea is a small club 💀
This lad knows football 🙌
He’s one of the main reasons we was so bad
@@nowan2121 maybe but there’s no doubt a load of Chelsea players massively underperformed, it’s more the system imo

Luke Shaw not even getting a mention on the top 5 fullbacks segment of the pod was wild, he was brilliant for United last year. Mckola, have a word.
his best performances came as a CB, i dont think is even the top 5 full back in the league, ben white had 2 goals 5 assists in the league and he is not even a proper rb,

A bigger club who haven’t won a league title in 10 years and haven’t won a UCL in 15. United’s biggest achievement in the last 5 years is winning an efl cup.
Everyone obsessed with big clubs nowadays, do they even care about their careers? Remember when sanchez went to United saying it’s the bigger club in Manchester? Look at how that turned out! I’m not specifically talking about United btw I’m talking about players that are making stupid decisions like Mbappe who is staying at psg instead of going to Madrid compared to players like haaland who knew Manchester city is the correct decision for his career not just for titles but for his own growth as a footballer! The man’s vocabulary is sub primary school level.
Rory you missed it he was offered a contract which he said yes to, then when the new technical directors took over they rescinded the offer and then offered him a 1 year extension with much lower wage.
He never accepted lol
Rory cried throughout this saga let’s all be honest 😂
So what is funny?
@@couturecriminal8330him crying
The information is out there, read Laurie’s article in the Athletic. Chelsea acted appallingly, agreeing in principle a multi-year deal then pulling it when they realised how advantageous his sale would be for FFP.
1:10 after his official announcement it came out that United are offering him the same as the one he rejected from Chelsea during the world cup
But I suppose he knows that at United he’ll never have a season as bad as he’s just had. In the PL United have never finished below 7th. Chelsea just finished bottom half.
I don’t blame him, Chelsea fans treated him like shit
That's false.
It's clearly not just about money, he was also on Liverpool, Bayern and City's radar, clubs that could also offer him a good wage. I think ten Hag sold him on it because he really wanted him and there's a clear spot for him in the team because Eriksen can't play week in week out and doesn't have enough physicality to be an 8.
And Liverpool offered him the same wages too but he only wanted United. You don’t hear that a lot.

Chelsea a year ago retracted there offer to mount which he accepted so mount didn't let Chelsea down in anyway, Chelsea let him go and didn't pay him a good wage. Football players need to feel wanted and he obviously didn't.
Did Buvey just call Ten Hag one of the most exciting young managers? 😂😂 he’s older than Pep btw 4:58
Rory: "You know everything about football tribalism, Chelsea don't take Tottenham staff"
Also Rory: "Go get Harry Kane" 😂🤦♂
It's simple - he valued himself more than what Chelsea valued him so he left. In hindsight it was quite clear he was going, as bad as Chelsea were he couldn't even get in the side towards the end of the season but when he did he was not the same player. First thing Poch said was he doesn't want players who don't want to be there.
But that suggests Mount didn't want to play for Chelsea! In reality he probably retires there if he was getting game time, As you said he wasn't valued there!
I'd imagine the Euros next year plays a part in the decision coming now rather than in 12 months, Had it been a year ago He may stick around a year to see how he fits in Poch's plans but he obviously wants to go to Germany
I don't know why Rory's so bothered by Mount leaving the club?! He himself acknowledged he was underpaid at Chelsea. Especially for a 2 time player of the year for the club. And the truth is Chelsea waited too long to get him on a contract more equitable with his talent. At the end of the day football is a business. And Mount made the decision he thought was best for his career. Btw, Chelsea quickly pulled the offer Rory referenced.
Dude your downfall is coming wait and see Phil Foden leave you just wait and see...
@couturecriminal8330 Foden extended his contract through 2027. Alvarez through 2028. Haaland just waived his buyout clause. I don't know where you're getting your information..? But you seem misinformed.
@@ryanschultz4119 when Pep leaves will see how City moves on...👀
@couturecriminal8330 I'm sure it will be an adjustment. All time great coaches don't come around often. But I'm sure Man City will find a top coach. What gives me confidence is City have best in class personnel at every level of the club. The chairmen's commitment to excellence will keep Man City in good stead.
@@ryanschultz4119 yup we thought the same until we got sanctioned and Roman was forced to sell the club things can change quick at the time we were European and World Champions...
Calling ten haag a young manager is hilarious, geezer is older than pep 😂
maybe he looks young.
Young not age wise but managerial wise
rory should be like liverpool fans, we support our players in the highs and the lows and wish them the best
Sometimes players need a change. How many players are 1 club players these days anyway? Chelsea did well to get the money they did for him for a player with 1 year left on his deal who turned down previous offers for a new contract. Manchester United did well to get a 24-year-old English international who helps Ten Hag further implement the squad's preferred tactics. Chelsea will be fine and Manchester United will improve.
Rory : glad this mount saga is done. Don't have to talk abt it anymore.
Also Rory in every new video : Mason mount is a.....
At the start, I was sceptical of Mount but knowing he will free up space for Bruno and we now have the opportunity to give Bruno a rest we will know see his best. At the end of seasons his performance would drop because he was too tired. Now he will be at the top of his game for the whole season. An extra 3-6 points in my opinion.
I clicked this video thinking it would be a whole video just giving Mount stick. Fairly balanced and the only thing that was missed that Chelsea offered him a contract & then pulled it to change terms to less wages and only a 1 year extension
9:50 - but if Mount was signing for Citeh instead you'd be saying he's world class lmao
Seriously, the most clueless person out there, was calling Rice world class when he was about to sign for city, and as soon as Arsenal signed him , he called him overrated, fuckin clown
“Ten Hag, one of the most exciting young managers”- Buvey
HE’S 54
Levels to Buveys brian 😉
He put 'young' in quotes cos he's young in the game and hasn't established his career fully
that is fairly young for a manager lol
They're both melts🤦
That’s young for a manager and in terms of his career. His career is young so it’s a warranted quote
Rory never thinking in the future “just sign someone who can score 30 right away” hasn’t Chelsea tried that enough times
We'll the reason the finances are important for fans is that it means they're team can afford new players within ffp. Or in Chelsea's case to keep the ones they already bought
I'm so glad someone's finally talking about why People are so bothered about the profit and finance side of clubs, I couldn't care less what we make or spend aslong as the players coming in do their job

I can’t see any scenario where TAA leaves Liverpool or Phil foden leaves City. Maybe he was not THAT blue through and through as Chelsea fans wants to think
But both those clubs pay those players well and reward them for good performances. Chelsea did not care enough about Mount

I cannot wait to see Chelsea finish in the bottom half again next year! Would rather Helen Keller running my club over Boehly
They got mata from us when we had got the best years from him. But now they have mount and they will get his best years. Madness to let him go to a rival
I’m a united fan & I kinda agree with the chaps last comment on the video, I think Mount could be your dead wood & off loading him is a great bit of business for Chelsea, I’ve never rated him if I’m being honest but I trust Ten Hag so I hope I’m proven wrong
For the very first time I've heard buvey say something containing some bit of sense
The last statements are spot on
but Chelsea has always cashed in on Academy players, very good players at that. in my opinion Mason Mount is just another good academy player we sold for good money, its really not a train smash.
To suggest he won't change us is a it a bit of stretch! Even if he makes us no better it allows us rotation which keeps everyone fresher! We really haven't needed 'better' but 'more' options in midfield for a couple of seasons now
A delectable medley of footballing splendor of a transfer 😂this is payback for the Drogba and Mikel transfers 😁
The worry for Chelsea in the short term is the amount of players that want to leave the club. Poch in my opinion is a great move for the Blues as he will get the players on side that he wants and will get the very most out of those players whether that will be enough for a trophy or a top four finish this year, debatable. Long term he will pull Chelsea off the floor this year and expect lots more next season

That's why you don't fangirl over average players Rory, his dad wanted him to go so he went and honestly it's a fantastic deal for Chelsea. He doesn't impact games enough
If the Chelsea ownership hadn’t changed and they hadn’t spent 600 million on dross, he’d never be leaving. He’s Chelsea to the core, but you can’t treat him like shit, pay him less than the dross you have, and blame him for leaving. Stupid conversation

Wonder if these Chelsea fans would feel the same about colwill in terms of making profit if he left. Because he’s a generational talent
Rory is wrong about Mount but right about buying a striker who can score now. Even if they are on the wrong side of 30 it’s 100% worth it if the striker knows how to bang them in!
No player should ever be loyal to a club, because once the club Doesn't need a player anymore . . . You won't see loyalty from clubs anywhere, so why should players?

This is probably the 10th video I’ve watched in the last week of Rory crying over this transfer…. 😂
I agree with Rory on talk sport the video was very self indulgent. His hair style was blonde in the video so he clearly filmed it weeks ago!
He wanted out for a long time. You can blame the club but he was leaving no matter what and I think that’s why since January contract talks were none existent. The board knew he was gone.
Discussing whether he left for money is pointless, none of us work for free. But we also go to places where we feel we can be more valuable. He probably wants to win something in his prime and maybe he feels there is a better chance of that in ManU going forward. What CFC won in the recent past if irrelevant. In the next couple of seasons CFC could turn things around but they could also become Tottenham - a club good players have to leave if they want to win trophies.
Great perspective from Rory
Mount leaving is a microcosm of how Chelsea have been operating
Just keep spending I’m sure that’ll fix their problems 🥵🥵
I'm a Man U fan and though i'm obviously delighted with getting Mount i genuinely feel for Chelsea fans when their new chairman has effectively fucked everything up.

It was a partially good move if he plays well with Bruno and Casemiro
'They don't even have a striker"...LOL. Like that won't be rectified by the time the window closes.
It's funny how a City fan sits there with a straight face discussing a young player representing History of a Club, Youth System and Fair Business.
The interesting part is isn’t he on 200k per week rising to 250k? Which is similar money to what Chelsea offered him
This somewhat reminds me of Herrera situation at united we all were expecting him to stay he loved the club but we didn't give me decent offer for extension and when we did it was too late and psg had already made a better offer
£60M? Ppl were saying £75M was wat UTD got him for…
Buvey at the end👌🏾
4:26 Umm do you not know how transfers work?!?! It's a known fact that he told the board he will leave for free next summer so getting 60mill for a player and re-investing that and buying a better player to replace him then getting nothing.. Chelsea can't keep spending the way they are without selling players..
Mount was offered 160k+ p/w just after the UCL final win by the old institution, and he turned it down to bet on himself to get a bigger wage, it didn't work out for him. Then was offered another contract before the WC, he choose to concentrate on the WC, he played horrendously there and got dropped, and the board realised the decline over the previous 18 months and didn't want to play him a huge salary, quite rightly so.
You don't get paid for what you've done, thats what your previous salary was for, you get paid for your projection, what you're are looking to do over the length of your next contract.
Mount is an instant upgrade on Eriksen (due to his physical limits) Fred and Scotty T. To say he's not going to improve United is just silly. I'm not suggesting he's a world-class player but he'll absolutely lift United.
Thats the thing with some american owners; they don´t understand the club culture in europe and what it means for the fans and the comunity. In the US a club can be sold and moved from Boston to San Diego.
Wanted a move to a big club can’t blame him
5:12 I don't disagree but you can't use last season for that judge because by that logic Villa and Fulham are better than us.... West Ham too they won silverware
Mount wanted United, because he had options to go on any top PL team, from Arsenal to Liverpool to Spurs to maybe even City, but he wanted United and said no thank you to everybody else.
"They (United) don't have a striker!" and Chelsea don't have a striker, a complete midfield, a competent goalkeeper..
He might’ve been limited. Have a laugh Buvey. He was only offered the same amount that Man UTD gave him by Chelsea and by Klopp and Liverpool. So he chose UTD over those 2 options that have been reported to have been on the table.
