There is a book "At a Journal Workshop" by Ira Progoff which I read many years ago. It describes how to do Intensive Journaling, where you write about and interact with your past. One chapter is called: Roads Taken and Not Taken. In this section you write about what might have happened if you had chosen a different path. It sort of goes with what you were talking about at the end of the video, where where one quick decision effected the rest of a person's life. - Dave
