This is an awesome score!! I had a similar experience once. Walked away with multiple tig welders, paint equipment, a car lift and a bunch of machining tools. They were selling their 3 axis haas for the cost of scrap on the final day!!! I'm still using a ton of that gear... I did the same thing with trash cans and computer parts. I think I singlehandedly upgraded everyone in my family's computer screens! So cool to see someone else in the same situation.
I have a forklift also, one thing I was told by the MFG, charge then water. Your battery has a water system on top. Get a water gun for a hose and use it to fill all the cells at once. If you water then charge you will cause the cells to overflow and boil over. Thus the white stuff you saw on the cells. I wonder if you have the correct battery, it should be tight in the hole? Good haul on all the stuff!
That ultrasonic cleaner looks like the ones you see on Amazon and Ebay, branded with Vevor and many other random brands. I think even harbor freight sells one size of it now too. I have a bigger one like that that was ~300 bucks I think.
Having been on the other side of this at two startup offices over last couple decades, it's not fun. But seeing all the equipment go on to new homes to make more stuff in the Valley is great. My desk at the moment looks to be a close relative of the ones you scored, from the last office I shut down. I'm guessing that they went out of business not due to the liquor in the office, but because the financing environment is absolutely disastrous right now. Trying to find a job as an older generalist is not real easy at the moment, for the same reason.
Looks like quite a haul. Any general idea of what they were making? For your batteries get one of those chargers with the pulse rejuvenation function. An automotive 12 V will work just connect it across 6 cell groups one at a time. It knocks off the sulfation crystals, worked well on my truck batteries, extending the life.
If you ever end up in the situation of a liquidation where everything is going to get dumped, just rent a big u-haul or two for a couple days and have them load into that instead of them renting a dumpster.
Yeah, I went in for a hernia repair in July and they fixed two so I guess I got the two for one sale. I'm 81 so it was a little harder on me but still nothing to speak of in the grand scheme of things. Went in at 7am and was in the car headed home at 11 so that was a quick IN and OUT but I did not get a Burger in that almost drive through repair.
Holy cats! NICE haul! So I take it you're going to shut down for a day so you can get all that stuff sorted and organized? Or maybe convert the R manual assembly room into storage? ;^P Seriously, I'm really pleased that everything turned out so well for you! Can't wait to get back down there.
I had a bout of rotorcuff injury, attempting to move a mini chinese lathe the sumo 💪style! several years ago, eventually cured after few months of pain😢 followed by few weeks of 🧊 cold therapy. Not trust a robot yet to fix me up yet😂Interesting stuff, will go through over few days during chill time❤👍

Great score. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Take a look at fluid bed powder coating. You heat your parts first then dip to coat. Minimal powder loss.
Thanks for the tip, I am new to this, so All the help is great. Thanks for watching!

Nice haul. You definetly needed a forklift. That one should be nice after some TLC.

It looks like you have supplies for several years of tinkering in that loot :) Congratulations on the win!

It is doing realy good. It is the most stable part of the automation line. I will do an update video in a month or so. Thanks for watching!

Yeah, these things suck. Glad you recovered!
