Visiting the half-century-old ruins that stand alone on a deserted plateau [Gogakuso]

This hotel stands alone on a barren plateau at an altitude of over 1,100m. It was a public lodging facility half a century ago. It is located away from the road, and the approach is now completely buried in undergrowth.
It opened in 1961, and appears to have closed in the mid-1970s. We will consider the circumstances that led to its closure after only 15 years or so.

ドローンで見たら本当に 周りは何もない山の中。
よくこんなところにホテルが、と思いました。
60年代に建てられたホテルを、見せていただき ありがとうございます。

浴室で蝶が舞っていたのがとても印象的でした。
割れた窓枠から、緑の葉と木漏れ日が差し込んでいてキレイですね…。

Fascinating. The juxtaposition of the two seasons can be clearly seen. I prefer the summer view. The winter view seemed too bleak and empty. Are there any snakes in that region? It must have been quite fashionable in it's heyday. The bathrooms were would have been quite serene I feel.

I also prefer the summer scenery, but there is a bit more risk in summer because there may be snakes, insects, and bears
