Game gem is the name of the jailbreak app on cydia or other third party asset that is used by inputting one value that can be found in the game changing it in game then changing it on game gem so the app knows what to change then you put whatever value you wish to be added and it will give you that amount of COINS. Stars are gotten for beating levels meaning there is a set amount of levels you can beat before the developers add new ones and so you are limited to the amount of levels there are currently and levels are REALLY hard at that level so they set up a pay wall where coins are almost mandatory for you to get to beat the levels o having THAT many would make beating the levels a cake walk. Or thats what i can gather from previous videos and comments.
