Ingredients List सामग्री
Paneer - 400 gms
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk Powder
Cut into pieces.
Add into jar.
Make fine paste.
Transfer into plate.
Divide into 2 equal parts.
Keep one half aside.
Start to mash the other half.
Mash for 3-4 mins.
Transfer the paneer sugar mixture into a pan.
Cook on low flame.
Cook until the sugar melts
Add condensed milk.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Cook until the mixture thickens.
Turn off flame & let it cool for a while.
Take other half paneermix.
Add cooked paneer mix.
Add Cardamom powder and combine well.
Prepare a log.
Cut and Divide into small pieces.
Take 1 part and prepare a ball.
Take milk powder/You can use mawa/Desiccated coconut.
Coat with milk powder on all sides.
