It kinda looks like tissue paper which could be easily recycled into toys for pet birds, rats, and maybe ferrets. You could also save it for wrapping paper or party decorations. there are a lot of ways you could reuse it if you get creative.

The goal is to unwrap it and be the one to get to the money in the middle :)
