She can certainly sing and she definately has her up-beat & down-beat all in the groove, but she's making the same mistake a lot of guitarists do and falling into a "pattern" wherein all her songs wind up sounding the same. Especially with the "stepping".
She's certainly got the potential though. Good stuff
