- It took me more than a year to finally talk about it par shayad this closure is important. This is why I left Ok Tested. Don't expect a lot of masala in this video because Ok Tested ke saare anchors aur crew ne saath milke bahut mehnat se wo channel build kiya tha and none of us will ever stop loving it.

Just these 2-3 years of my corporate journey I have learned a lot.
1. Company is there for profit and nothing matters. I have seen ppl getting fired because "We over-estimated our growth projection".
2. Have respect and love for ppl around you, and form great connections.
3. You are disposable to the company, your loyalty should only lie with you. Think for yourselves.
4. "We are family, welcome to the family" is a BS sweet-talk.

Back in 2019, I met the OK tested crew. They were probably shooting for some street food video in Kolkata. Ofc, I being an absolute crazy follower approached and gave them my regards. They looked v v tired but trust me when I say this, Antil had the brightest smile and was so so so happy to get recognized. No wonder he's always committed to the process and loved his people and admirers.

OK Tested used to be my goto channel 2 years back, I used to binge watch all their videos, share it with friends & laughed alot.... Sadly the choice of topics & their quality of videos went downhill unsubsribed them long back, I was shocked to get this video on my feed & really felt bad for you man! All the American creators who had once worked under Buzzfeed USA suffered something similar and after living all of them are doing well and I hope even Antil also manages to achieve a lot cause I really liked him during his Ok Tested time.

The most honest video in a long time.. can relate to you in every bit.. I decided to leave my first organization after 8 years and they badly wanted to retain me.. I stood by my decision and on the last day, nobody bothered to even say goodbye..That's when I realised that one should never get attached to the professional side of life..

Ok tested was a big part of my early teen years 2018-2020 and it makes me feel bad that you had to leave it, because of the mistreatment that was happening. I really liked your presence on the videos of ok tested, it was very much fun and great. I wish you the best in your life.

Also, just a word of advice as i have worked in corporate and media for a really long time...no company owes anyone anything apart from its consumers..we employees are like parts of a production machine...like a nut or bolt.. the operator of the machine will replace us no matter how many decades we, as nut or bolt, ensured that the machine do not stop...so, best is not to get emotionally attached to any workplace or have bad blood of any sorts..world is small and life is short to hold onto anything...remember that...

Antil, I still remember my evening rides to work and office listening to RJ Khurki when I was young, ambitious and work headed. Loved those days. Motherhood blessed me in 2014 and I was off the work and later left Gurugram.
Afer few years, one day came across an OK Tested video of yours and instantly fell in love with the content. Searched your name and came to know you ARE RJKHURKI. Later, watched all tested's vids.
Few months of watching later made me realize you are not a part of it anymore. It broke 💔.

It's not ok tested that we love watching it's u guys as an individuals it's OK we alll have some of these points glad u overcome all this and started a again with a bash a huge JHAPPPIIIIIIII
I'm employed in a public sector bank as an officer. I remember joining my first bank branch. The manager of that branch was also new and he was actually a promotee. And to make things worse, the branch had a bad name in the locality due to the actions of the previous manager. Anyway, so I was new with full pf energy and this new manager shared the same wavelength with me. Two years we grinded and broke sweat to do a facelift. Our branch which was once infamous became a brand in itself for customer service. That changed after my manager left. It took us two years to make our branch customer friendly and then came this manager. This new manager jeopardized everything. I couldn't do much because I was not the branch head. This manager didn't care about the customers at all even though he was younger than me. All he did was give excuses not to work. My customers with whom I had such a beautiful relationship started deserting us and today I'm still in the branch waiting for my promotion and transfer because it is painful to work even 1 minute in that branch. The place for which I worked so much, sacrificed so much is now the place I hate the most. My mental health is in shambles

After seeing this vlog I had tears in my eyes because I have been through this trauma n depression by my family. I m an educated and independent girl which my in laws could never digest, I was tortured mentally upto that level that I was forced to leave my house with my husband just after 1.5 years of my marriage. We faced the worst time of our life new business rental house lots of problems n facing this harsh society but I m happy now that we finally made it.
I have learnt that things take time to get in place but once they get, life gives u the best fruits❤️

All you need is a leap of faith! I was that junction too, one morning I woke up from a call from office and heard someone frustrated for no damn reason. And I realised this is not where I wanna be! I resigned immediately and I'm in a much better place now 🔥
