    Beautiful set. Cartier does offer “quick shine” while you wait which also removes superficial scratches but not any gold. Also every Cartier bracelet i bought (all without diamonds) came with the travel pouch + cleaning kit without me asking for it , you shouldn’t feel bad or ashamed requesting for them to be included.

      I had experience about asking for cleaning kit and they said it’s for watch only. They said they don’t have enough for bracelet. I ended up not purchased that in the boutique and did it online where they gave me the pouch and the cleaning kit.

    OMGGGG SOOO HAPPY FOR YOU! Ugh the detail of the diamonds on the nail head, adoreeeee. And happy birthday 💖💖💖 but agreed about customer service in general, I love associates that give additional options and “their” favorites. It really makes the experience that much more elevated.

    I’m so happy for you! I’m looking into getting the JUC. Your experience is definitely not how it should be. I bought my love bracelet in Paris and it was amazing and I got the pouch and the cleaning solution. You should definitely go back and complain. They didn’t treat you well at all and you spent a lot of hard earned money. Keep us posted.

    Congratulations on your purchase! I have both the small love and small JUC but without the diamonds. The small JUC bracelet and ring were my first Cartier purchase and I am obsessed with Cartier ever since! I know they were completely out of stock with the cleaning kit a year ago and I had to wait 6 months to get it through the online customer service. My SA wasn’t very nice either and he never gave me one and when I asked about it, he said they only give it for diamond purchases and they were also out of stock. You should definitely go back and ask for it since you made a diamond purchase. Enjoy your new bracelet!

      Hi Sandra! Thank you so much for sharing 💕 I love Cartier jewellery but this experience has put me off the brand. I feel like the rules vary depending on which SA you have, when it should be consistent across the board.

      @@helloxluxury I agree that it should be consistent across the board in terms of rules. Every SAs are different since people are different, and some people are lucky to work with amazing SA's from different fashion houses. I had experiences with both types and I try to work with SA's that I appreciate, but that does not always happen. I try to not take it personal as long as I purchase what I want and I don't get flat out mistreated. As for the cleaning kit and traveling pouch, they should just include with every purchase, not just diamond purchases. Even a regular JUC bracelet without diamonds is almost $4000 and a cleaning kit probably costs $20.

    I’m sorry…but if I’m spending that type of money and my sa isn’t a great salesperson, I’ll ask for another sales person to buy from. I just feel, if he or she is behaving this way or gaslighting me, then I have no problem asking for someone else to help me. I hate when people act like this, There’s no cost for kindness. If I were you I would call and ask for a manager and ask for what you want, you deserve it. Don’t let that salesperson take your 30th birthday Cartier experience away from you…your bracelet is beautiful btw❤ and happy birthday 🎂

    Congrats on your beautiful bracelet! You absolutely should ask for the cleaning kit. I’ve at times been given 2 and I’ve only purchased the love rings or bracelets without diamonds! I know Cartier is cutting cost, which is unfortunate.. but these kits are really good and useful.

    Congratulations! Your JUC with diamonds is gorgeous. I think every time I go in to Cartier it is a different experience. Hubby bought my love bracelet so long ago. My gift was perfectly wrapped but did not receive any of the extras. My preferred store is Chadstone but I did buy my JUC without diamonds in Hong Kong. Can I say it was not the greatest experience. I was served by a trainee SA. Not only was he not well versed with sizing (thank goodness I was ), I was shocked my purchased was not wrapped! It is definitely all about the packaging and the experience of opening a gift / purchase with that red wax seal. I too had to ask for travel pouch and was told no cleaning set as my purchase had no diamonds 😢.
    Two years ago, hubby and I replaced our wedding bands (mine was missing a diamond and he lost his 😢). My Cartier wedding band has diamonds and his without. The experience was wonderful, provided champagne, our rings beautifully wrapped in a couples box, provided a cleaning kit and travel pouch (but I did ask before hubby paid!). I actually had to go back to change it as I was not happy with the sizing and each time I visited, I was offered water. I visited the store the other day to clean my jewellery and was also offered a drink but I declined as I was only there to clean my jewellery. So I think it’s just depends who you get to assist. They r all different so don’t take it to heart. No doubt you will have been sent a survey to complete as I was sent a survey too even tho it was just to clean my jewellery.
    If I was you, go and have your pieces cleaned in a few months (I mean the quick clean whilst you wait) and just use the opportunity to ask for the cleaning kit 💕. And to be really honest, I don’t even get the cleaning kit out. I just use warm water, morning fresh and use the little brush and my ring is sparkly. I heard VCA are the worst in giving out the travel pouches in store but hear many good reviews if buying online as they give the travel pouch without even having to ask. 💕

    I agree I don't think you should feel bad about asking for simple things like a pouch or cleaning kit! I made my first Cartier purchases the other day, and my SA told me herself she was going to wrap it really nicely and she gave me travel pouches, fragrance samples, and chocolates. These are little things but make for a nice touch and makes you feel special as a customer. It's been a while since you posted this but maybe you can reach out to your regular SA and see if she can help you out with the cleaning kit. That aside, this is the JUC bracelet I want to start with though, I love it!

    For the amount of money you spent there you shouldn’t have to grovel for anything. Instead of asking for the cleaning kit just return the whole thing for a refund. Not worth it (I have also had a bad exp at Cartier Sydney)

    I purchased a bracelet which needed to be altered for me. My husband then picked it up on my behalf and it came with the pouch and cleaning kit (though I didn’t know about such things so wasn’t really expecting it). If I purchased something now and it wasn’t offered, I think I would ask for it and if they weren’t forthcoming or polite (and it felt like it was tainting the experience) I would stop, say thanks but no thanks and head to another boutique or department store in search of my desired experience. I think the experience is everything when it’s for a special birthday. Having said this, now that you’ve purchased- I would let it go from my mind and enjoy your beautiful bracelet without regret for their lack of customer service in that moment!

    I had the same experience in Rome. I had the small love bracelet from them and a ring for my son and they gave me nothing. I am used to the Bond Street London store and here they give you everything without asking. They are totally amazing. I’ve had another ring a regular love bracelet and regular JUC from them and they gave me pouches. Cleaning kits with each one and perfumes. Honestly ring up and tell them you want it and they should give it to you. My London SA gave me the stuff Rome forgot when I got back to London and apologised for their service. If you are ever in London go ask for SA Nan as she is incredible xxx

    You should get a cleaning kit , it should include with your purchase. Dont be embarrassed to ask, let them know. My daughter and I each bought juste un clou and we have each have our own cleaning kit.

    When you buy cartier from the store, do you buy the piece from their drawer or one from the back that has never been tried on?

      Great question! They always get a new one from the draw. I don’t think they ever sell the display one as they tend to be quite scratched from people trying them on. And if they don’t have one in stock, they should order one in! ☺️

    I suggest you change it with size 17, I had purchased small love at 17 and 16 with Juc, I bought another 17 of Juc because I loved it and didn’t return in 30 days. With changing weather your wrist and hand will swell up and size 16 will start to feel too tight and nail head will dig into the skin, might start to bother you.
    When it comes to scratching against each other, it doesn’t honestly much but after a certain time of wearing it you just get used to it.
    Comfort is the upmost thing. If you’re comfortable with size 16 by itself not with paired love small, then keep it or else I suggest go for 17.
    I have measured size 17 love and 16 juc, and realised the nail head of the juc digs in the skin and thats why I had to get size 17 of juc and measuring 17 in both, they’re very similar in size and nail head doesnt poke the skin.
    If you understand what I mean.

    I love both the juc, I just dont wear 16 paired with love sm, I wear the 16 on my left hand as the wrist is smaller.

It really means a lot 🥰 I don’t have any issues with the nail head digging into my wrist, but I definitely had issue with the JUC ring, which was why I sized up for that.       Thank you! 🥰 it doesn’t get tangled however, I find sometimes it can get lost between the love and juc because it’s so dainty with the fine chain which is why I often wear it on my other wrist.

    I also had a bad experience with the Sydney Cartier store. I went in for my birthday and I bought 2 love rings which after that purchase I just kept wishing that I didn’t buy the rings at that time. The SA was not welcoming and he made it feel like we had to make a decision and we were wasting his time. We bought the rings in probably 5min which is insane considering how much money it was. But I feel you completely! It feels so awkward to ask for things and it’s totally on them for making it feel that way!

    You should haven just got the cleaning kit without asking hun! Definitely ask if you go in again and tell then about ur experience. I never thought one has to even ask when we spend so much! I always got a cleaning kit never asked with all my purchase. Except one where I told them I didn’t want one as I had so many! But for rings usually they give but some refuse I have noticed this too!

    Yes, you should absolutely go back and ask for the cleaning kit. When I bought my trinity cord bracelet which is the cheapest thing in the store I asked for and got a travel pouch and it was gift wrapped. No cleaning kit though which is ok as it has no diamonds. If they weren’t willing to wrap it and provide the travel pouch, I was happy to walk away without purchasing and try again another day.

    I feel like what the SA said about the travel pouches being intended for only watches is not entirely true… I initially bought the plain JUC and was given a travel pouch. I eventually ended up exchanging it for the JUC with diamonds and my SA gave me ANOTHER travel pouch even though I told her I already had one. Not to mention I’ve gotten cleaning kits without having to ask with each of my purchases. I’m sorry that this was your experience, it seems like there are inconsistencies across locations. 😢

    First of all congratulations on your diamond juc. It's simpily gorgeous. I think you are right in saying the customer service is hitty missy, as it all depends on who you get served by. It shouldn't be like this but it seems to be. That guy who served you was clearly grumpy that day. At the very least he could have said happy birthday or shown you variations. He is trying to sell you products at the end of the day. And no you shouldn't have had to ask for anything. Those things should have been given as part of the service. The mark up you spent on that bracelet should have included everything. My advice to you is contact Cartier directly and request a cleaning kit via email. That is what i did. I bought my cartier pieces from selfridges in the uk and they didn't provide a cleaning kit or pouch. However i emailed cartier directly and they sent those items out to me for free. If i were you i would consider going to a different branch of cartier, or at least not get served by the same person. On a different note, i have the same vca bracelet as you as the chain is so fine. Do you take it off every night to prevent it from snapping while you are asleep? The constant taking off and putting on makes me think the lobster clasp mechanism will break over time. 😊❤😊

      I do take off my VCA bracelet - I’m one who doesn’t like the feeling of chains and jewellery on me while I sleep so I always take off my jewellery (with the exception of my Cartier Love and JUC bracelets). It took me a while to get used to wearing my Love bracelet but now I don’t even notice it. It’s more solid so I’m not worried about it whereas I think I would be if wearing a chain to bed. I’ve heard that others never take theirs off though and haven’t heard of it snapping. The chain is fine but seems very durable in my opinion 😊

    Congrats babe, it’s gorgeous I have the LOVE cuff and the small JUC w/diamonds as well. My SA told my hubby that the way to open it is by passing the nail head over the other and it will kind of release the tension and opens, then you put it on and close it. I don’t hear that ever on the videos, and I do that to mine all the time when I wear it.😊 Also, if you were the nail head against the love, be aware with time after hiring each other, it’s going to create a little nick on the love or the head, but we buy these beauties to wear them and enjoy them right? Enjoy your beautiful pieces❤

    I got the cleaning kit with my original full size love. I didn't get one when I just went and purchased 3 bracelets and a ring in one visit. I was in 2 totally different locations. I was offered one in Boston but not on 5th Avenue in NYC.

    I got this bracelet in Jan 2023 but unfortunately very very bad quality and not worth at all
    There are so many fakes every where , almost everyone at work and on the train wears the fake and when I told my friends mine is real they laughed as it is only 18kt gold not even worth it.. if you go to sell it wont even get half the money back!!! Better to spend the aud 8k on a luxurious vacation
    I have decided to use my money on better things rather than filling up the pockets of these giant parisian companies

    There are several white gold Cartier pieces without diamonds available with rhodium plating. You can order the Clash white gold ring rhodium plated. I purchased the Juste Un Clou white gold bracelet without diamonds and it is rhodium plated. The website tells you which pieces have rhodium plating.

      Thank you! 🥰 I think my wrist size is just under 16cm - I have the 17cm in the Cartier Love small bracelet and 16cm in the JUC. If it feels uncomfortable/tight like the nail head is digging into your wrist, definitely size up! I’d recommend going in store if you can to try the next size on to be sure 😊

      Thank you! 🥰 it does! I asked my SA about it one time in store and she said it’s normal for the mechanism to make that sound. She showed me two other bracelets in store and they both made that sound. I haven’t had any issues with mine so I wouldn’t worry 😊

      I wish they would add it complimentary to the purchase - we are paying a huge mark up on the piece and it doesn’t make sense why they would give it to some and not others. Not a very luxurious experience 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Happy birthday again!! What chain bracelet are you wearing in your other hand, I’m just wondering. Regarding asking for complimentary stuff, I totally understand. I was recently in LV and the SA I got was just so pushy and rushy and I felt like a burden and I asked about perfume samples and he said um we only give them out with purchases… and I’m like ok wow and I left. I have gotten samples elsewhere before. It’s a luxury shop and I should be feeling so happy to be inside but it made me feel like a bad person. I think you are right to ask for things. If they said the cleaning kit was bracelets I think you should’ve asked and said well last time I was here, someone said it was for bracelets.

    I owned the same bracelet for more than 2 years now and one time bracelet was so loosen and when i shake my arm the nail head was clapping on to the nail body and making sounds. I went to the boutique to get serviced. Then it turned out so funny. The nail head was placed on the other side of nail body and my SA just placed nail head back to where it was mean to be and in 1 second problem solved. haha If you have the same situation just turn the nail head to the otherside of nail body. Anyway my sa was kind enough to offering me a Cartier cookies , cappuccino and had little girl’s tea time together. I think you totally deserve a better service from lux boutique especially with your purchase. You have a right to ask them whatever you want and either they can or not should treat you with a good manner.

    Congratulations on your new bracelet! I feel you. Spending this kind of money, they should treat us right. They should include all the cleaning kit and other stuff and that no need to ask for it. The SA wasnt really nice when i bought my love bracelet but atleast he gave me the cleaning kit and the pouch.They didnt offer us any drink also but NORMALLY in dubai they will offer everything they can in the store. Unlucky for me i met the wrong SA. Its a gift for yourself for your birthday and it should be a memorable one and a Happy moment for you. This kind of treatment makes me feel bad and cant enjoy my purchase. As a customer we shouldnt be the one who is asking and looks like begging(which i really hate).But i hope you still enjoy your purchase. Just un clou is also one of my wishlist.😊

    Thank you. Today i buy my JUC from Cartier.I'm kind of disappointed. It costs so much money and feels like plastic. I also have the small size but I don't know if I want to keep it, it's really incredibly expensive for this quality. And I also have the Love in small but everything slips and somehow doesn't sit firmly at the top like you all do. But in Cartier they say, if i buy one smaller its to small than.

Unfortunately, with the prices of luxury brands going up and customer service declining, it no longer feels like a luxurious experience any more!     Congrats on the JUC! The customer service tends to improve the more you buy so don’t feel too disheartened by your interaction. The cleaning kits and travel pouch are very high in demand and often on back order. I know people who’ve spent >50k before securing that guaranteed service and free kits. Unfortunately, a few thousand on a bangle is nothing to Cartier given they have so many customers buying 1 or 2 bangles. I do agree you shouldn’t feel bad for asking for one though!

      I agree. I just bought 3 bracelets and a ring in one visit, and I didn't get a cleaning kit. I did get the travel pouch. I did ask for the cleaning kit but they were out.

      I was also told from the 5th Avenue boutique that the cleaning kit is usually reserved for the engagement rings at their location now. I spent 5 figures and couldn't get one.

      Respectfully, I have to disagree ladies, I think it has to do with the SA. In my experience there is o such a thing for travel pouches or cleaning kit. The SA will give it to you complimentary depending on the item you buy, you get a small, medium etc pouch. Maybe is different depending on the state or boutique? Than I am not sure about.😊

    Juste on clue bracelet size should be 1 size down from Love bracelet, so they won’t be overlapping.
    My Love bracelet is 17, my Juste on clue is 16.

    i think you should go back and ask for the cleaning kit. Say that they weren't able to give you one last time. I would totally go back but i'd go with someone and not by myself 😅 Also, all those things (gift wrapping, cleaning kit) should be offered to you. It sucks that they didn't do that for you

    you should have asked. and they should have gave it!! 😤 I really don't like how some SA don't just give it. Like i didn't get the cleaning kit when I got my JUC ring and my Trinity ring, only got it when i purchased the Love and JUC bracelets. But my sister's in law purchased the regular size JUC with diamond and my sister purchased the JUC regular size ring and the love ring for me; that time the SA didn't give them any cleaning kit either :( and they forgot to ask.
    If you didn't get the cleaning kit, i think you should go ask. since you already have some Cartier pieces.

    You should have asked for a cleaning kit, I even got one later, it was mailed to me. You can call their customer service and ask for one because you didn’t get any, they should mail it to you.

I agree you shouldn’t have to grovel for anything at all… that’s all part of the experience and that sales bloke wants bloody sacking. It’s a lot of dosh and an investment, it’s an unbelievable experience and that bag was a load of shite with its handles looking like any other rope on a paper bag. Sorry for swearing

    I understand what you mean about the services, that totally put me off buying anything more from these so called "luxury" jewellers , unless you're a SPECIAL VIP don't expect anything ! You can clean your jewellery with any jewellery cleaner , I'm sure if you go into your local jeweller , that they will lead you in the right direction, you don't need Cartier's "special" spray at all!
