I am from south india.. I have made one for grand daughter.. it came out well. I have made one size smaller.. at the starting there was lil trouble to follow.. once it caught up it wasvery interesting to crochet..

knip you fold it in half and live the opening for the arm for mine was 10 loops and then you do 2 chain and a single crochet on the loop after opening and chain 2 and work on the strip that you are working on.

+Kim Campbell I'm a size 20 and I measure the shoulder to base of neck which was 7.5" and found that to be a good size, I wouldn't go more than one more row tho, have a measure x
