+ tuxandashotty I said that a ways back then I realized that version of Sabretooth in X1 was the closest match look wise to the comic book version. The Sabretooth in the movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" looked just like Wolverine with short hair maybe his mutation changes in time and X1 version is the result (In Theory).
Sabertooth in X1 used to scare me when I was a kid.

I loved Logan and the only thing I would have changed would have been toward the end when Logan empties that entire syringe and starts raging, I would have to loved to have heard his roar louder and echoing across the forest with reaction shots from the soldiers and kids before you see him tear through everything in his path. That and maybe a reaction shot where he sees that Wolverine action figure that one kid is carrying.
W Bertalot i saw it again today and when Logan uses the syringe and start running towards a group of soldier you can hear them say "its the wolverine" in a scared voice that was pretty cool but i agree with you

I love the ambiguity of Logan. As far as I remember, they never straight up tell you that the adamantium is poisoning him or that Xavier killed the X-Men. All of this is implied. I like figuring stuff out on my own instead of the screenplay force feeding me exposition.
Well, it's not explicitly stated but you can connect the dots and understand that Xavier did infact kill some mutants...

I did also like how they vaguely mention how tied in it is with the timeline with moments like Charles mentioning how Wolverine was a cage animal when he found him and how the Statue of Liberty was a long time ago
If instead of the sunglasses Laura wears, they were Cyclop's from the first film, and Professor X gave them to her because he forgot what he did

Sabretooth shouldve been a bigger presence in the solo Wolverine movies, ESPECIALLY this last one. Wolverine and Sabretooth are tied to each other just as Prof. X and Magneto are to each other. I think it wouldve been amazing if X-24 was replaced by Sabretooth, he did have Schreiber's Sabretooth look after all

The moive does exist. It's not as bad as people say. It's got a few decent ideas . Kinda weird that last 15 minutes was a blank screen. I heard that they planed to put Deadpool in it. Wow I wonder how he would of been like!

I thought that would be great too, but the point of X-24 is a metaphor in that Logan was battling was battling himself from the inside, both physically and mentally

Jack Campbell I think that would have been a bad way to end it. The whole point about the children mutants, eden, and Laura was so that he would redeem himself. Have a reason to live, or a reason to die. In the end, he died a hero. A far better cry than if he killed himself. Laura gave him a reason to exist.
Logan was a great movie. I do however question the logic of lacing the bones of a child, who is still growing, with unbreakable adamantium.
Tiberius James her claws are only adamantium .The rest of her body is normal.
her claws won't grow....
um I'm pretty sure it said in the files that her skeleton is laced with the metal that I can't be asked to type
Rebeckah Sypik when adamantium is bonded with organic material, it becomes a new form of adamantium that can grow, shape and regenerate. Its how logan grew back his adamantium claws and grew back his adamantium skeleton in the comics.

my favourite quote was when logan is talking about the comics. 'maybe a quarter of it happened, and not like this.' its like he was telling the audience they can choose what ever movies they liked and make them canon. it could be none of the movies happended and only logan is the real timeline
I'd like to see X-23 spinoff, with Daken in the role of the responsible "family" member or such. Take the events of The Wolverine, maybe Daken could be a son between him and Mariko. Daken would be about 16-ish by Logan if I'm correct. Next movie should be around 2030-2032 where Daken would be 18-ish. Searches for Logan but he was hiding blablabla Mutants gone blabla world has changed blabla finds Laura instead after digging around. Just something with the current Laura actor with half-brother Daken. That would make me really happy. Anyone?

i would prefer Jimmy Howlett JR, as Daken kinda dislikes his pops. Perhaps Daken could be the villain? And he is trying to kill them? Idk, just a thought. Wouldn't it be awesome though if in Eden they find Magneto, or Mystique or someone equally well known training the mutants. That would be pretty dope imo

I don't think it would have been good, Logan is too dark for that kind of "colorful" outfit. But it is a shame we didn't see it in the previous movies..
Was it not referenced at the end of The wolverine film where they are in a plane deciding where to go and he gets handed a case with the suit in and the it just cuts to black afte

The way I see the timeline is that everytime they aren't able to save the world, they go back in time and create a new timeline. So all the films are in the same continuity, but different timelines. And constantly messing with the fabric of time is what causes the inconsistencies

you know what I realized. if Logan had listened, and not taken the serum all at once. He would still be alive. He could have used the rest of it to heal himself after being impaled. Then again, he *wanted* to die.

Logan has to be one of my favourite films ever. Not just a favourite superhero film.
Really wished to have seen Jackman in either the brown costume or the yellow one.
I would of liked for the clone to of had the codename Daken (I know Daken is not a clone of Logan in the Comics) and had the three claws in the same positions as Daken from the Comics.

look at dcs special features list no deleted scenes. now look at marvels special features list there are deleted scene. DC just takes the deleted scenes integrates them and calls it an extended cut.

They aren't deleted if they're in the film.

Because Marvel's deleted scenes are just revealed for fun, and don't have any impact on the story (because whatever story develops in those scene, doesn't exist in the canon.). DC's "extended cuts" DO impact the story, and in a meaningful way too. That's why it's bad ; people who see BVS in theater don't understand shit because it's poorly cut, and DC's excuse is "yeah, but watch the dvd !" .... Dude I shouldn't have to buy a DVD to understand a movie I saw in the theater.

Jonathan Phillips He meant he finally knows what it feels to have a life/daughter like you said. He was basically referencing to when Charles and Logan were talking about having a peaceful life.
So the last time we see the professor and magneto together they're on good terms. It would've been interesting to get some kind of reference that magneto was killed along with the x men.
Hopefully we get to see X-23 as Wolverine, and they could totally use Cable to bring her to the present for an X-Force movie

Wolverine should not been killed off before having his son who at one point in the book fights x-23. now the studio has cut the legs off on that possibility.
Why? No where does it say he doesn't have a son and there is plenty that happens before this movie... like the professor killing all the X-Men, this will happen in another film with other actors of course.
neil kumiko should be dakens mother, but kumiko never had sex with logan in this universe so there's no daken, also, there's no need for daken since they already had an x-24 which is 100% better and more complete than daken which is a lesser version than x-23 itself
I believe that Logan takes place in the future, and that he still could exit for x-projects. "Mebay?" I'd like to see Scott Eastwood pop the claws in future films.

well I like the optimism but x-23 made her first appearance before daken and she wasn't a tiny little girl she was a teenager by the time she met daken she was a woman and Wolverine was still alive so seeing a movie now after all the fans were introduced to a totally different situation Plus daken Was killed by Wolverine. as far as the storylines concerned they didn't even let Wolverine be the protagonist in The Killing of the X-Men poor Charles Xavier had to suddenly carry that burden. so who here thinks that they're going to make a movie that includes the the idea that Wolverine not only had a son but killed him Fox won't even show the possibility that wolverine kill the X-Men. Fox is too scared to show there money maker might commit some huge atrocity and turn the fans against him. Plus screw Larry Fenderson
Why I love Logan is that it stays true to it's name, starts with Logan, and end when he does to. No more information, no less. It just ended.

Since Days of Future Past only changed the timeline after 1973 (since that's the time Wolverine gets sent back to) it means that everything that happened before 1973 is still canon, so the war parts of Origins: Wolverine happened in the old and the new timeline, meaning Liev Schreiber's Sabertooth is canon in the new Days of Future Past timeline as well as pre-Future Past time-wipe timeline, so having him featured would not have specified which timeline Logan is set in, so having a scene with him might have been cool.

The X-men movies timeline is about as complex as the Zelda Timeline at this point.

you gotta admit Logan,Xavier and Eric were the most interesting characters of the whole franchise,it's one of the reason Professor X was part of this movie,shame they couldn't include a bit of Magneto in it maybe just as a corpse or a grave or something,it's sad to see them go it just won't be the same without Jackman and Stewart.Fassbender and Mcavoy may return but the hole this movie made will not likely fade away
like the original Logan story arc from the comics not this particular story for the film and Hugh is not quitting the Wolverine just taking a must needed hiatus for the time being. bless his musical projects as well

I actually think the fact that there were very few main characters worked really well in this movie. But, I mean, I friggin' loved it, so.
The most impressive thing about logan was how they toned down the futuristic stuff. Everything was so grounded apart from the autonomous track one could not tell the story was set in the future.
Logan should have had a blooper reel of X-Men death at the end. 'Oh that's who the grip was, ahh and Nightcrawler's head went boom'.
The yellow and black wolverine costume would have been awesome to see! Even if it was filmed like a light flare passing over Logan and we got a quick flashback of Xavier seeing Logan in his prime.

I want to see Jackman as Wolverine one more time, but in a Deadpool cameo. A heavy Wolverine in an open Hawaiin shirt, cutoff shorts, and flip flops, enjoying his retirement from the character that's controlled his life. RR would make some smart ass comment to the camera about Jackman letting himself go, Jackman overhears him and gives RR the one blade salute before going on his way. That's what I'd like to see.

Logan was PERFECT. I wouldn't change a thing about this movie, which I (and many others) consider to be one of the best comic book movies OF ALL TIME.

Would be interesting if Marvel now does a take on this with an Old-Man Captain America (like James has suggested in the past) and to see how it differs.
