    I have already made these kebabs earlier and freeze them.
    These kababs are very simple to make same as Shami kebabs, but instead of meat, these kababs are only made with by boiling chana dal with all the whole garam masalas and ginger garlic.
    Once boiled, i then added onion, coriander, mint, and green chilies, formed them into tikkis, coated them in egg white, and fried them. This time i assembled them by using whatever ingredients I had on hand to satisfy my cravings.
    However, traditionally these bun kababs are made with plain buns, but I decided to use the burgers buns I had at home with sesame seeds for an extra twist. Feel free to customize it however you like!
