The prices are crazy in my area too. I was able to pick up Prego Sauce for a $1.00 a jar even cheaper than Walmart brand. Tomorrow my local store has whole Turkey breast for .99..store brand cheese $1.50 8oz…5lb bag of white potatoes for $1.99..3-lb bag onions $1.99..these prices are the cheapest around atm. I’m going to can the potatoes and the Turkey. My nephew is a caretaker of a estate where they have a apple orchard told me I could come and pick as much as I want..so 🥹 cause every bit adds up.

I live in central California and our prices are quite a bit lower. In my area we can get a 10 lb bag of chicken leg quarters for $8.00 to $10.00 depending on where you shop of course. I would absolute faint if I was forced to pay $35.00!!!! Thank you for your hard work and information♥

I live in Fl and it's cheaper to buy a deli chicken that's already cooked than a raw chicken.

A year ago, I could get a huge 2 bottle pack of olive oil from Sam's for $22. Now, one bottle that is HALF the size of a regular bottle is that price!!! I may be giving up olive oil when I run out.
If you don’t need to buy olive oil in bulk, sometimes you can find organic olive oil at places like TJ Maxx and Marshals in their food section. Also try switching to avocado oil, which is also very healthy.
I looked up some stuff online at Sam's Club and it was no cheaper than the grocery store.
Prices have definitely gone up & quality has definitely gone down. Just seen 18ct eggs, store brand, for $5.99! I know what group is Not having problems with this....& It's a disgraceful shame. 🤑🤯🤨

I refuse to eat eggs at those prices, plus they're not very filling. My husband on the other hand will pay any price to get what he wants. He's 76, and not changing his ways.

I have been stashing olive oil, because it is so healthy. Ladies...if you nnotice any blooatng, especially if only in the right leg...check your liver numbers. I had right leg only swelling, but dismissed it...too busy taking care of my husband's health. I began having severe right side pain under my rib cage I did some research, and found that, even if I was not an alcohol drinker, I could have fatty liver, which is a precursor to liver failure. BUT, the good news is, the liver can regenerate, and heal. I found all the bad foods, and all the good ones, and bloat is GONE, weight, and blood pressure are down, right side pain is GONE! Liver doesn't like snacking. Watch your health, so you can get to the store to get this cute lady's tips! Great video!
Hey Shanna .. we have been buying less Beef ( ground beef ) and more Pork and Chicken ( we only eat white breast meat ).
I have been working on my monthly grocery list for a week or 2, comparing prices and watching the weekly sale at our local chain grocery store online. I am allocating at least $150 to our meat for October. Hope all is well with the fam .. thank you for the info !

A local Walmart did a remodel a couple of months ago and I swear their prices have gone up big time! 1 lemon 70 cents, ground beef 6 bucks a pound! 🤦♀️
I’m in NJ too and I was in Aldi and I did notice empty spots when it can to vegetables area…
I’m so use to Dollar Tree by me to be snatched bald of items but I hit up different ones and each has something more than the one I go to.
I don’t eat much red meats and my husband is vegetarian but I darn sure had to tell my son to be easy inhaling everything like he’s Kirby 😂 I still have to pack lunch for the week….

corn oil may be the best alternative for olive oil if it is that high. corn oil is actually better for ldl and olive oil is better for blood pressure .
Rite Aid closed in other states as well.
I'm in Southeastern PA. Egg prices have been all over the place. One week $2.47/doz, next week $5/dozen, etc. It's a roller coaster. I haven't seen Too many shortages of items yet. Beef - I barely even look anymore because when I do it's just outrageous. I'm retired and on fixed income, but trying to eat healthy low carbs. It's expensive. Oh, I did forget, some Produce has been lacking either in quantity or quality or both. Also, deli meats are sometimes low and there was a recent recall for Boar's Head (but I rarely buy that brand because it's so expensive).

1st time watching you. Really enjoyed the videos. I’m on limited income ( disability) finding EBT not going far getting hard to stretch. Non food items real expensive especially with the shrink- flation. I have a companion pet with multiple health issues. Years back he had a urine blockage from structure crystals( it’s like kidney stones) he requires prescription his food has gone up to 50 for medium bag & 100$ for larger. Having my furry companion getting unaffordable & he requires eye drops for an ongoing eye disease
