Biman Bangladesh Begins A New Chapter | Boeing 787 🇧🇩Dhaka to 🇸🇬Singapore

Should you fly Biman Bangladesh Airlines, a brand which is synonym with delays, bad customer service and poor maintenance? To answer this, I took Biman from Singapore to Dhaka vice versa.
FAA rated Biman in CAT 2, which means it does not meet ICAO standard. In 2005, FAA had warned Biman to replace its ageing DC10s. Biman is known as unreliable airlines. Delayed flights, unsystematic here and there, bad customer service, and of course ageing aircraft had plagued the company for so long.
The new Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner remarks Biman's ambition to be a progressive and sustainable airline. The new aircraft is very comfortable. It equipped with Wifi. The Panasonic entertainment system is quite cool. The cabin crew were doing their job. The food can be better. And surprisingly, both flights were on time. I can sense a vibe of professionalism, but still many gaps to be filled.
Despite challenging history, Biman is turning to a new chapter. From my experience in this return flight between Singapore and Dhaka, I can say, I have a confident to fly Biman, provided with their latest B787 aircraft. I still feel skeptical to fly any old aircrafts in Biman fleet. All the best to Biman Bangladesh Airlines!

They use a 2010 Boeing 777 for a flight from London to Bangladesh which is a aircarft that defo needs a refurb but is okay for a 11 hour flight but the air conditioning system or whatever it is that's popping your ears could do with a fix but I bloody want them to start using the 787 aircraft for flights from London to Bangladesh it'll make the company stand out and will be much more enjoyable then the boeing 777 because of the amount of futures it has.
