i'm sorry for the video quality to be lower than usual. I usually film all my videos in 4K, but this time I used my phone to record timelapses, so I had to chose between having a 4K vid with some 1080p in between (which looked SO BAD wow), or export it in 1080p...

i am so happy to hear my videos make you feel less alone when studying. i absolutely relate to this because i also watch study vlogs to help me study on these days i don't feel as motivated, but it's so nice to know my videos can provide someone else that same type of comfort 🤍
regarding the degree, i am not currently using it for a job. where i live, a bio undergrad is pretty useless and my hourly wage as a server was much higher than anything i could've ever dreamed of making as a research assistant. so currently, i am focusing all my energy towards my software engineering classes and hopefully will be able to get healthcare related engineering jobs due to my background!
Don't stress yourself for the days you've done nothing instead focus on the remaining chance you have left & work on it
you're absolutely right!! it's hard to accept these non-productive days, especially when you have a deadline approaching, but it's true, there'll always be another chance!

how you convert bio to programing
Loved your vlogs. Also how do you revise java ? I see you are writing stuff out on the paper from the screen. Were you solving questions or you were revising theory?
Revising theory! I'm pretty good at application but I always find the theory harder, and usually that's where I lose most of my points 😅

i'm not sure i'm following.. the concepts behind every languages are very similar, it's the application that differs! to me, learning a new language isn't very difficult since i know the basics... all i have to do is learn a new syntax!

I’m a second year cs major and it’s only been 4 weeks of school and I already feel stressed 😩 any tips on how to keep motivated and keep going?🥲
It's probably not going to be the most helpful answer, but what helps me is to think about all my future projects. I have a few plans that I'm slowly starting to work on, and these are what keep me going when I feel demotivated and stressed...
But also I don't tend to rely on motivation. I make myself work on something for at least 2h every day. Usually, I'll end up studying much more even on those bad days because the hardest part is always getting started!
