Thanks bud, the country is a dumpster fire right now and I do try my best to keep politics out of the vlogs as I think we’re all in need of a rest bite from it all, glad your enjoying them bud
Looks like Britain copied America. Thou America's chaos started a few years ago and it only got worse after the assassination attempt of a former president.
Evening Darren Really enjoyed watching all your videos great content and always great insights into class 1 driving duties. Sadly I lost my class 2 and PCV license a few years ago due to suffering a stroke l, and miss driving around London delivering goods and picking up buses etc for repairs for the company I worked for. But watching you driving around London in the same places I once did from the view from your cab just brings all the memories flooding back!! Thank you. Keep up the great content and your a inspiration to your trade Great job fella Safe trucking 👍👍😂
I spoke to my brother who lives in Woolston yesterday, and he said he had to get in the shade as its so hot, and not a cloud in the sky. I live in Denton, near Stockport, and it was very overcast, and just rather cool compared to Sunday's weather🤣. Coming from the south=east (Dover or Staines usually), I always use the M25 via Heathrow and onto M40. Have never used the M1 in over 30 years because of the terrible traffic. Great minds think alike. I too love driving between the hills and the views that can be seen for miles. After coming back from a holiday in Europe, and when I see this, I think I'm close to home🤣. Just a word to the wise. Stafford Services (North), is the pits for caravan parking. You are as far away from the food shops as you can get. If you see a birds eye view from above, you have the motorway running past the services, then the first lot of parking is for caravans, then the inner next to the caravans, is the HGVs, then the car parking. You have a long walk with kiddies if you need to visit the shops, you have to virtually walk through all the parked up HGVs, and the cars
Great video mate, Really enjoyed watching it as always! Hope you have a great day tomorrow! Hopefully no rain, Been a right miserable night, Take care mate
Refering to your driving infringments...When I was a binman in Oldham Manchester..the drivers in the truck used to take the tachocard out of the machine and drive for 20-30 mins then pop it back in. Things might off been different back then but they did it
That doesn't surprise me relating to Donington services Darren, when I park up in that area, I usually park up in the rail freight terminal by Amazon. Fortunately I know the forman there and he lets me park up right up the top end, out the way of other trucks going in and out of the terminal..... He knows I'm a loco spotter and just rolls his eyes when he sees me on the approach road..... Failing that, I park up in a lay-by on the A52 near Toton loco depot.... Some guy's like football, car's, lorries, truck shows etc.... For my sins, I'm a railway geek.😊😊🚂
Christ your up early young man , jag looks nice , ps , i was brought up to believe a persons religious and political preference was up to the individual and to this day i do not discuses them the world is mad enough , safe driving mate
With all the chaos in the world & the recent insanity on the streets of Britain your vlogs are a perfect antidote to the utter carnage.

Perfect video, great reversing.
Thanks
That airport on the A40 is RAF Northolt. It’s still an RAF base but it’s mainly for the Royal and MP’s as well as RAF personnel
That’s the name of it 😃
"KFC big head, little body." That got me laughing and now I can't unsee that. 😂
🤣🤣

Now that you mention it the caravan parking really is far away from the services! Hadn’t realised it until now
Hi Darren up to 7.5 tonne can use the 3rd lane over 7.5 tonne cannot .
I don’t know what it is but I love your videos mate, keep it up, watching from Brisbane Australia
Oh nice! Always wanted to visit Australia
@@Life_of_Darren well if you make it to Brisbane mate come stay with us 😉
@@Squiggle744 thanks for the offer mate
Good tips mate on compliance. You cannot beat the tachograph. Big bug bear of mine with my drivers. Missing mileage. Keep it up mate.
Thanks bud, a lot of drivers especially the newer ones don’t know about the missing mileage and how easy it can be picked up by a simple down load
Great video mate, Really enjoyed watching it as always! Hope you have a great day tomorrow! Hopefully no rain, Been a right miserable night, Take care mate
I woke up earlier and it was hammering it down, lucky it’s stopped for the time been 🤞🏻 have a good one mate

You still get people doing the same today, but if the office are downloading the data etc it should pop up

Nothing wrong with that mate, I can admire an old steam train, they are pretty impressive the way they work by coal back in the day
Beaconsfield is pronounced as Beckonsfield. No double e sound.

Hi Darren iam to London tomorrow, woopydoo
Good luck mate, tbh it’s not too bad, just take your time
Thought you were going pop in for a coffee at Bedford, just a road up from your drop ☕️
I’ll keep an eye out next time in the area 😃
First drop was two minutes from my house.
That rainbow was amazing good video Darren sorry silly question if you are in heavy traffic can you put your card onto rest?
Unfortunately not, with the exception of a major accident where you’re stuck for a hour or longer
32.30 used to be known as chicken shit canyon
Loving these videos , by taking an early break do you not lose you 43 minutes driving time for today ?
No as didn’t extent past the 9hours driving
You are a very Courteous driver.
What happens if your time runs out
You will be parked for the night, ideally you try plan as you go on throughout the day and by time you finish you should have time remaining
@@Life_of_Darren how long are you aloud to drive a day
9 hours as standard but this can be increased to 10hrs 2 times per week (after another 45min break)
Did you like that rainbow? 🌈

Will the firm not pay for the m6 toll mate
Yeah when needed, if it’s just rush hour traffic and the delivery isn’t a timed one then we just go through
raf northolt
RAF NORTHOLT
That’s the one!! 😃
