Lightning rod is a scam. It deals no significant damage as everything is already dying so fast anyway while bosses have so much HP that a punny strike will only scratch its surface. Even in PVP its damage pales. Benefactor is the only one of the three that is somewhat effective but 15% of maximum life is way too little while its CD in BG is higher than 30 seconds in my experience. Overall a bit of a scam for 80 paragon points with small stats boost (AP, A, etc.)
