When Michael first performed this song. He took his mother black sequin jacket from her closet. He would wear his mother's jacket each time he performed Billy Jean.

Yes, exactly! Michael dances so effortlessly as if he was born doing it. He's mesmerizing because it's so effortless. Dance is simply his body's interpretation of music - so he doesn't need to think about doing it. As he said in the Oprah interview he was sometimes surprised himself when watching footage from his own performances, but when possessed by the spirit of song he let it guide him. A musical genius. "On many an occasion when I'm dancing, I've felt touched by something sacred. In those moments, I've felt my spirit soar and become one with everything that exists." And I'd totally love to platonically massage him too.🤣Especially after these concerts. He was said to exert himself to the point where they needed to give him oxygen tanks in the short midperformance breaks because he couldn't catch his breath. So he definitely needed some good massaging 😇 Anyway, wish you two a blessed Easter ❤

The blazer Michael wearing was his mother's blazer out of Michael's mother closet. Michael loved shiny and sequins clothings. Michael wore clothing with Sequins, shiny and white. Michael said by wearing these things his fans from afar could see the movements of his moves.

His performances are so smooth-- mostly the similar moves but he changes it in the moment. Also you guys have to see his other tour performances. He changes the choreography as well but its still original Billie Jean. 🥰🥰 I believe you've seen my commemorative Billie Jean mix - its a collection of all tours of Billie Jean performances - you'll see what I mean by the same yet different moves. MJ is magic in every performance. He is so cocky yes, but he is right on the beat and gives so much even up to the point before he puts on his fedora - he pays his respect to it -- such a performer. You can't take your eyes off of him because every part of his body is in motion during the breakdown - even when he flicks back his jacket - by the way is it the same style jacket from Motown 25 -he wore his mother's sequined jacket for that performance - his sequined black shirt just made that look iconic too. This was prime Michael. BAD Tour was crazy good. I never felt that energy again. One cannot believe who energetic he was on some of those evenings. Its was like the music was him and he was the music. Everything flowed out of him with no resistance. Completely free of ego. Wembley was really special. Also quite stunning his Last Concert in Los Angeles. After all those performances maintaining that energy is mindblowing, really mindblowing. I wish those original umatic tapes from the Wembley performance will surface one day so we can see it again in 4K.
