Now that's cross country as I remember in the mid 70's and early 80's in southern and central Ontario.
John Ngugi was a real talent and very dominant.
you left out the junior women and showed the senior women's race twice. Great memories!
That was a real cross country course, nothing like the easy ones with hay bales we see today.
