New things for me
=LEN(.......) used to count the no. Of characters in ......
=LEFT(text,no of characters). it extracts the desired no. Of from left
=Right(Text, no. Of characters) it extracts the desired no. Of characters from right
=Mid( text,start No., No.of characters)
