Hard no on Lester. The shooter left the note to clean up before our trio noticed. I didn’t say killer as I’m sticking to Sazz not dead. All of the evidence in the kitchen was left on purpose. Sazz perhaps kidnapped not guilty. The murder for this season hasn’t happened yet. 😊
I always like to "go big" on my first prediction, so as more episodes air, my theory will probably change. Here we go; this is a bit long. Each of the OMITB episodes this season are titled after a famous movies--and are a clue. For example, the first episode is titled "Once Upon a Time in the West"--after the brilliant Sergio Leone revenge film. AND, the reference/clue is the whistling sound that Charles can't get out of his mind, after watching the film & falling asleep. In the movie the revenge-seeking character (Charles Bronson) is arriving on the train. So, the clue is that a revenge-seeker is coming for OMITB's Charles, which is what we have confirmed in the very last scene: "I'm not your fucking friend." This also sets up the Main Plot of the season: WHO wants to harm Charles? So, with that as background, my notion is the Last episode of the season will be titled: "Murder on the Orient Express," which is the famous Agatha Christie/Hercule Poirot novel--that has been film twice, most recently by Kenneth Branagh in 2017. If the final episode is titled "Murder on the Orient Express" then I believe the ENTIRE production team that we were introduced to in Hollywood are working TOGETHER to either kill Charles, or frame him & have him punished for Sazz' murder. If my theory is correct, all of these people (producer, writer, directors, publicity, etc.) have in some way been negatively impacted by Charles, during the course of his career. It could be a job Charles prevented them from getting, or he hurt a parent/sibling, etc. But, they all share a connection to Charles, that we will discover in future episodes. Also, the reason Sazz was murdered, is because she was approached by the conspirators to join them--but rejected the offer. And, this was the secret that Sazz was going to share with Charles, but was murdered before she had time to. The key missing piece to my theory is that all of the episode titles have NOT been revealed.
@@Mr.Valentine214 The latest episode didn't really have a lot of mystery-solving, or clues--it was a filler episode. Episode 3 did pair each of the Real Trio with their corresponding Movie Trio actors--and in so doing is similar to the Stanley Donen film "Two for the Road" which was about a couple's journey over time, with their ups & downs. This may foreshadow the Movie Trio, in future episodes, helping the Real Trio solve the murder. Or are used as "doubles" to fool the killer(s). We're probably going to see more "double-action" in episode 4: the Stunt Man. Some of us OMITB fans are hoping episode 4 will have real movie stunt performers like Zoe Bell (Kill Bill), Joey Ansah ("Desh" in the Bourne Ultimatum), and Gemita Samarra (James Bond/Spectre) in cameo roles as themselves. [Note: there a strong push for the Oscars to add a Stunt Performer category.] I also think/hope episode 4 has more clues and story development towards solving Sazz' murder--or attempted/fake murder, as the case may be. Last words: I think we've already met the killer, or killers. There may be new deaths this season, and it's all revolving around Charles' past, and someone wanting payback.
What if it is Bev and Sazz working together to gain publicity for the movie, which needs to be out at xmas, and Sazz is back on the 22nd. Sazz being sazz would totally method act. And would do anything to help Charles, and maybe to get him back to LA is the long game.
It might not have been a case of someone wanting to kill Charles but someone wanting to frame someone for murder. If Charles had been killed, the immediate suspects would have included Joy, Bakula, an understudy (Brockerick?) or someone else unfriendly to him. These people might have enemies of their own. Or, MAYBE, someone associated with the movie figured that it would be a much bigger hit if one of the subjects of the film had been murdered recently, generating a media frenzy. Charles is a celebrity, but he's much more interesting as a celebrity who was murdered in his own apartment.

If Scott Bakula did it and they confront him with the evidence, he'd better say, "Oh boy."

What about the incinerator scene?
@@hopelessromantic3786 Staged. She could not be the only stunt person to get replacement joints from there. Or not even stunt person - anyone.
@@mary4wild235 I want that to be true, so I hope you're right. I like Sazz a lot
@@mary4wild235 replacement parts can be traced back to when they were inserted, & who had the part put into their body.
So fun!

I posted before that I know Melissa McCarthy is coming up and I think she would be a fun killer. But this show is full of red herrings
Hey, it’s not TOO far fetched! I can’t wait to see her character…
Tons of red hearings. We're at the beginning... at least a dozen more red hearings I suspect like a true Agatha Christie🎉❤👍

I'm not sure who's the killer yet but I feel like there's two of them and there will be a mid season murder.
The trio is looking for a safe place to stay, & they go to Charles sister's house in Long Island.
