You can power your whole forst world for ages on wind, there are wind blue prints that will just cover your planet so your robot drops them as you walk around
Set your tower drones to 90% storage capacity minimum (in my opinion) to save a lot of power
Wind towers can be placed on water
I hear a lot about 'wind' and 'solar', but Crude Oil shall ALWAYS reign supreme!

@@ImKibitzproduction of each oil wells decreases over time, so you might want to save most of it for plastics instead of burning it. For power, i used my lava planet as the main power source of my empire, using free geothermal and solar to charge accumulators in energy exchangers, then shipping the charged accumulators to any planet that needs them. Once fully proliferated, an accumulator can discharge at more than 100 Mw for each exchanger, it's insane. And, it is reusable.
You can also use them as fuel for Icarus

If you want to save on power set the slider in your towers for min. drone load to 100%. So every time 1 item gets into the tower a drone won't take off carrying a single thing, wasting lots of power for many trips. I find it helped a lot
proliferating takes more power but gives you extra items or production speed-up, though some items and buildings only allow speed-up. when fuel is proliferated, though, it gains efficiency with both burn duration and total power provided!
triple proliferated hydrogen fuel rods in thermals were my midgame power supply all the way until i started stars haha

Oh yeah I'm going to proliferate EVERYTHING once systems stabalize, I didn't know it could make fuel more efficient in power plants though!

@@ImKibitz Proliferate your proliferators. Doing so increases the amount sprays the proliferated proliferator does. Say that ten times fast. lol

You should use MK1 factories. Using 4 mk1s is much more efficient then 3mk2 (energy wise) while producing same number of items. I usually don't start using mk2 massively until I start deploying solar sails. Same thing with sorters it's better to use 2 yellows then one green. And in most cases one yellow is more than enough. First halve of the game mostly is energy conservation game but after you go into Dyson construction you have so much energy that it stops being an issue.

Make boxes for input and output for drones and link them up and they will balance themselves for specific items.
You can literally use only drones and almost no belts.
kibz!! you should proliferate practically everything (other than buildings)! I won't spoil you what'll exactly happen, but it's 1000% worth it!!!

Proliferate your hydrogen fuel rods before putting them in the power plants. They'll burn longer and output more energy. Cheap/easy way boost to your energy output.
Is there a save file for all of this koolio shtuff? I'm new to this type of game, and would like to study this all further if possible. If not, that iz fine. :)

This is my first style of game like this and after watching this video I now know I have to tear down most of my stuff and rebuild and that makes me an overwhelmed panda.
That's just part of the flow of this kind of game for me, it's iterative play as I learn the systems. (Once you get comfortable with blueprints it's a lot easier to rebuild too)
You could also leave what you've built as a testament to you learning the game, and go to a new system once you have the tech....

My main system when operating fully consumes about 6gw of power and I don't have a Dyson sphere yet 😅
Also I have mine set up one planet is a foundry, one a component assembly factory and one a building factory plus chemical/oil plant facilities

You should use proliferators on the burnable fuels, that way you can increase the amount of power you get per item (burns for longer) without any downsides (besides using the materials to make the proliferator fuel).
Normally proliferated item processing downside is that it uses a lot more power, but fuel doesnt have the same downside
I think I should design a series of blueprints where every structure is produced with the assistance of Logistic bots. I hat that huge bus design, it way too big and it requires a lot of tier 1 belts.

Kibits! How about dedicating a section of the planet for power? Or even a planet dedicated for power
You can place the storage boxes directly onto a splitter then cap it off with logistics bots... No sorters necessary full belt speed in/out of box.. noticed you did it for your solar panel production but not for other stuff....
You don't need power in the tower if you only have ships getting things from that tower. Only need power if there are drones that deliver stuff.

you can clearly see kibz becoming lazy, shorter and fewer episodes, his ads are more prominent than ever and so on. i remember the old kibz, promising content, an upload scedule, but this was all thin air, i guess it's money that took him a long time ago. this renders his cs2's commentary not just a bit, but very ironic
You know the in-game timer is in the bottom right of each of these videos?
I spent 14 hours just to get the 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 footage in this video; not to mention the editing, thumbnails, and the rest of the behind the scenes.
So is MrBeast LAZY for only uploading every few WEEKS? Or maybe, some creators are just trying to provide their fans with the best videos possible and that takes time.
Back in the day I worked 80 hours a week and go figure that wasn't sustainable, but screw me for wanting to live a healthy life now I guess. I'm just a lazy sellout according to you, and the thousands of thousands of hours I've put into my videos and series are just a writeoff.
