After having lost a lot of hair due to illness, I had extensions just for the volume. Didn’t care about the length, I wanted a bit of fullness back. It made such a difference for my self esteem. I felt a bit more attractive again. Might not have been a lifesaver, but definitely a soul saver.
I'm cRYing at the workout part-- that's literally me and my mom. She's a big-time runner (has run multiple marathons, etc etc she's such a badass) and works out every morning and this is LITERALLY how any joint workout session goes with myself and her. "only ten minutes! all it takes" LOL love it xx

Ooof, core exercises, especially the oblique movements, are my least favorite! Good on ya, Zoë for finishing the workout! I try and find a lot of low impact/beginner exercises because you can go at your own pace and modify a lot of the poses. 😂
