The yarn i use is 100% Acrylic yarn, but you can crochet this monkey with any yarn u have😊 hopefully it’s helpful🌹

I’m a bit confused on wether you put the stitch marker in the slip stitch or in the first stitch and if you put the stitch marker in the first stitch then do you crochet in the slip stitch hope this makes sense lol

I usually put the stitch marker in the first stitch to mark the beginning of the row. Then, I join the end of the row to the beginning of the previous row with a slip stitch, chain one, and start crocheting from the same stitch. You can put the stitch marker in the last stitch of the row; it depends on you. However, I watched the video again and realized that, except for the first row, I forgot to use the marker in the rest of the rows. It’s better to use it for all the rows.😊
