You can withdraw your money anytime the market is open. Dividends are paid on special durations. Some companies pay dividends twice a year. Yes, you can withdraw your money when you feel like. However, stocks are long term. You don't invest today and decide to withdraw tomorrow. Take it as long term investment.

Yes, you'll need to be confirmed by the Central Security Depository (CSD). It's more like a bank for your shares. These organizations keep your investments safe as the name goes. So it'll take about 3 weeks to get it done. It might be less, it depends. You can contact them anytime using their website. They have a chat icon to always chat with them.

I REGISTERED IC WEALTH AND FOR SOME DAYS NOW BUT THEY SAID THE ARE SETTING MY CSD ACCOUNT.

CSD is Central Security Depository is an organization that keeps your investment deposits safely when you buy shares. So to trade on the Ghana Stocks Market, you'll need to have a csd account to be set up at the Central Security Depository database. And it takes like 3 to 4 weeks to get it done.
I'm stuck at where they will send me a code to verify so i can buy, but I haven't received any code yet

You need to retrieve your password with your email and phone number you registered when you bought mtn shares in 2018. Use the password reset to reset your account.

Please, I've used the website like you said, and it's working. But I've not been able to add funds to the tradelive portfolio because the IC liquidity fund is the only active portfolio there. So, can you please emphasise more on the IC liquidity fund for me to know about that too.

When you create CSD amount do they tie your bank accounts balance to your IC wallet? Or is it just a fund transfer measures?
No, I'm not sure. It's just for transfers.
My question is about the charges , how do you know charges have been deducted and also sre the charges one time or when you sell too you will pay charges
I think it's both. It might be something small.
When you visit their website you would see a section for fees. It's all clearly stated there
