For the very beginning with Bloom Vulture, if it didn't allow you to SS with an empty field it would have specified "(minimum 1)" in the card text as other similar examples do.

It all depends on what is sent to him. There are a lot of terrible raid raptor players so it probably took a while to get this video. Pretty sure there were a few chets in this video too actually

Raidraptor is cool and all but it has issues going 2nd. 1 of my team mates insisted on playing for Vegas and did well in testing only to go 1-5 in personal matches before we dropped at 3-3. Maybe after the fire decks get hit on a banlist, this deck can shine.

A cool thing to note for the raiders wing is that it helps protect otks with raiders knight into arc rebellion. Which I assume is what he was going for before the sp went to banish raiders wing.
Problem is link kuriboh stops arc rebellion. Ofc you can stop this by using ulti falcon effect but :/
Hope you had another raiders wing in deck cuz he couldve used the rank 13 to copy force strix then grab another raiders wing. Boom thats the otk safe from the little knight and veiler
Edit: this build might be the one that only plays the one raiders knight which is a hard decision to make cuz this was winnable thru the second one
Borrelsword has been on my radar as an extra deck tech for Raidraptor matchups as a budget option versus Raging Phoenix.
18:35 I think after the SP chain swallow, they should have brought back Wing by detaching from the towers, so their monster can be unaffected. They probably wanted to have the option to copy and use falcon, but I’m not sure that was the right move.

Probably it was a build issue (maybe only 1 rider's wing/knight) but g3 was winnable by going into arc rebellion otk

Last turn RR player could have copied Ultimate Falcon eff with the rank 13 and go uninterrupted into arc rebellion for game instead of trying to play trough everything the hard way.

The Rising Rebellion Falcon was at 5300 because it had Brave Strix as a material. Even though it was detached, it gained the effect when it had the material. This was a good showcase of Raidraptor regardless.
That's just not true. Brave Strix is worded the same way as any Zoodiac monster. The effect only applies so long as the monster is underneath the XYZ

Raidraptor is the best going first deck, with good hand you can play throught everything but has lower than 0 going second omg
Maybe only the new Raika archetype is even worse going second

Does the veiler SP thing work? I thought it didnt negate it if it leaves the field? or is that only if it goes face down?
thats only if it goes FD , like if they went snake eye ash cl1 , you went Ogre cl2 , veiler cl3. then it would be negated even though it left the field

Depends, if they go first uninterrupted and don't lose to the pilot making mistakes they're unbeatable in a format without sphere mode
