It's stupid to ask people like Ivanka how she 'manages all this'. She doesn't sit down and design, or even approve the clothes or the shoes. She doesn't really close the deal of the post office building 9 months pregnant. Someone does all this in her name. Literally everything. This is called branding. You still have to have drive and passion and know what your mission is in this life , look at Paris Hilton and the Kardashians these are examples of wealthy spoiled lazy spaces of oxygen, these kids could have sat on their butts and did nothing ,partied and been in rehab but they work smart and hard ,they have direction. Anyone is capable of creating the life they want but sitting around being pissed because someone was born into a rich family is only counter productive to you.
