    Does anyone make a riding carpet/vinyl floor/wood floor cleaning machine? An all in one.

      There isn't one. The way a scrubber picks up water with a squeegee doesn't overlap with the way an extractor picks up water. Consumer machines that claim to do both don't extract carpet and aren't very good at picking up dirty water on hard surfaces.

      Wait a few years or so and watch industrial auctions for some to pop up. As soon as he batteries start going bad or they get crushed in a workplace accident they will start being sold off.
