    I have a 2018 Entegra Aspire 44W. I agree with him.. key fob cargo door locks and auto trays should be on ALL Entegra 45' coaches. It is a shame mine is $400,000.00 + and I don't get either. The Cornerstone has that beautiful motor and transmission and air ride system...and bling bling bling.. that the Anthem and Aspire don't have. I am OK with that, cause I did not spent the extra $300,000.00 + dollars the Cornerstone is over my Entegra. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Entegra customer service. Those folks really listen to us and do everything they can to help us. I will buy another Entegra just because of the CS.

    I was looking at the Cornerstone a few years ago but their parent company, Jayco, was bought by Thor and I noticed the next year a "cheapening" of stuff. They apparently got a lot a negative feed back and went back to some of the higher quality items, like Bose sound bars. I've also heard a lot more complaints about build quality. I went with Newmar.

    Andrew, he said that he took it back when it was in warranty, BUT... ask that dude can you take it back to the Entergra factory when it’s ‘OUT’ of warranty (5-10 years later) like you can with a Tiffin product?

    • @RVingwithAndrewSteele
      @RVingwithAndrewSteele  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very good question. I don't know if I will cross paths with him again soon but I will keep that in mind. Even if you have a five-year-old Tiffin, it is not easy to get into the factory. Same with Newmar. I highly doubt that Integra is any better than Newmar or Tiffin as far as factory service centers.

  • @FunDuude
    @FunDuude 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    he kinda echoes something I said in a post here on TH-cam. If you're in your 20s or 30s and you have many years to spend in your Rig then a Prevost or Newell, or liberty et al, is PRACTICAL, You have the "Opportunity" to get the MOST out of them. But at 65 (when you only have a "Few" good yrs left) and up these 2.5M coaches aren't PRACTICAL enough to justify their acquisition when you have rigs like the King Aire, Essex, Cornerstone, Zephyr, Allegro Bus, American Eagle and so on. Practicality, just like the gentleman said. JMHO.

    Hmm, No that's not entirely accurate, the Cummins 605 IS NOT a detuned 650. The cummins 650 was discontinued because it was proven to be unreliable. There was also no extended warranty coverage for the RV engines. Cummins had several workarounds for various issues but eventually decided it was not profitable.
    Also the engine had a Dual Overhead Cam shaft. The Redesigned ISX comes with a Single OH camshaft.

    What about the grey poupon.....!
    You can tell he's been around the block in a Coach a time or two. Most of us will never even see a coach like that let alone own one, but this gentleman touched on the great equalizer. It doesn't matter if you have a 2.65 million-dollar Prevo or a 15 year old coachmen Pusher like me that's only worth 50k. "DONT OVERLOOK YOUR TIRES" for those of you that don't know RV tires for most of us will age out before they wear out. Unless you're like the gentleman in the interview thats able to drive 20000 miles a year. I just replaced the tires on my new to me coach. They looked brand new not even a crack but they were dated 0411. my unit runs 6 tires Michelin would have cost me $4500 I bought the toyo for $2200 out the door they seem to ride good . I'm at 32k lbs rolling . I'm not trying to scare anybody but your tires will kill you if you let them . Happy rolling!
