I don’t know why people say they don’t like the judge. She’s incredibly fair, gives both sides adequate space and leniency, and has been level-headed throughout the trial. It’s a legal courtroom, not the court of public opinion. If you ever have a day in court, you’d appreciate having a judge like this presiding over your case.

Can we just all give a round of applause for Your Honor herself! She is straight by the book and fair. She doesn't show favoritism. She respects the law and runs her courtroom by law and will literally read the law to you. She's remained very professional even when she has to remind people to turn on their mics 100x a day, the patience! She reads over everything. She listens to everything too! I really like her style, you hardly see that anymore nowadays on these "high profile" cases. I love to see it. She's super smart, hope she's seeing what I'm seeing too.

Wait… You just commended the judge for fairness and impartiality but then, at the end, say you “hope she’s seeing what you’re seeing”? Why?
A jury decides the outcome here, not the judge. The judge isn’t supposed to care who wins. Why would you pretend to think that fairness is important if you want a judge to eventually choose sides when it’s not her job to do so?

Spiegel reviewed private medical records and civil suit evidence. It happens all the time. He profiled.

His statement about correlation =/= causation is a low IQ platitude. The notion of "causation" is colloquial. To normal people it essentially means a correlation coefficient of 1. If you asked him how otherwise and in general to determine that any event caused any other event he would be stumped. Nobody ever said that a "risk factor" is absolute proof that Depp is guilty of anything. OTOH, Depp's entire case is based on asserting that the correlation between between AH saying something and Depp losing jobs (which is not even verified afaik) is why she owes him $50m. So...

@Sally Ann He looked at the Q score after Aquaman and before Waldman's statements (so that the public was not influenced by that). After Aquaman, because that was her break out moment, her "a star is born" moment, as the defence says and looked at other people's Q score from different times (Jason Mamoa somewhere in 2020 for example). They don't all have Q scores at the same time.
He did nothing wrong. The defence try to show it that way, and you missunderstood. But he presented her Q score at the perfect time and hers is that mattered. The other actors had better Q scores throught their carrer anyway, and much better than hers. I would argue that Mamoa or Gadod may have better Q scores at other times, but he showed the ones after Aquaman anyway, and the only important one, Amber's, at the most opportun time (even her defense would agree as they see that her "a star is born" moment).

It's something about this trial that has me so intrigued, interested, in a sense "entertained", and I'm not even the type to get into celebrity gossip and celebrity news. I don't watch the news, I don't watch reality shows, so it's very odd for me to be so drawn to this case. There's a part of me that wants to keep watching forever, as weird as that sounds, and the other side of me wishes and hopes to see Johnny come out on top and for all of this to end for him. Of course I don't know him personally, but I'm an empathetic person and I feel such good vibes coming from him, and I honestly don't feel a hint of anything radiating from Amber. I honestly am a very level-headed and a open-minded person, I'm not just siding with Johnny because I like his work, just by listening myself, I feel Johnny's team has won this case and has proven very well. Anyway, go Johnny 🤘

07:27:14 The redirect of M. Night was such a wonderful moment. While the other side's attorneys accuse you of everything they want, as a witness, you can not even defend yourself. If you do, they will say that you are supposed only to answer their questions, which most of the time are yes or no questions. I loved the fact that Ms Vasquez used the redirect to give M. Night the opportunity to clear his name. The way she looked at him shows how much she cares. And I love her for that.

For me the LOW POINT of this whole trial so far was the audio in which we could hear Johnny making weird noises with his voice... I almost literally cried. and Johnny reacted by saying 'that's PAIN you hear' . This was PURE evil from Amber's side letting this hear to all of us. A man who was suffering in his most vulnerable mental state and then use this trying to proof the public 'what she has been through' ... this was such a good example of how apathetic she can be
