i dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know a tool to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any help you can give me.
@Brendan Reuben I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
This guy goes way to fast for a beginner and gives way too much info before demonstrating. Don’t be hard on yourselves. There are many tutorials on TH-cam try a few until you find someone who has a teaching style more suitable to your learning style. Don’t give up!! You can do this!!!
If you don’t understand the strumming pattern; it’s D-DTD-DTD (D=down T=tap) Down once on C Down once on D and tap Down *pause* down-tap-down on Em and then the strumming pattern starts over again with C. Repeat this 3 times The way I practiced this until I got it was leaving out the taps first; so one down strum on C then one down strum on D then three down strums on Em. Once You get used to that then add the two taps. This way you can focus on practicing the chord switching first and then focus on the pattern. After that it’s just down down-tap on G, down *pause* down tap down on C. Just do it slow at first and once you start to get it speed up.
you definitely aren't. I thought the same thing. I knew nothing. I thought I was at least mildly talented because I played ("played") my brothers drums when I was 5 and they praised me even though it sounded like shit lmao. 7 years later I decided to pick up the piano. played for a year, gave up. 2 years after that, decided to pick up the ukulele. owned a ukelele for 6 months untouched til I picked it up out of boredom one day. no one was home, so I felt like I could actually play it without being judged. it sounded so bad lol. I tuned it wrong and tried to use a guitar pick. I learned 5 chords in a week. not much progress for the first few weeks. I'm just very slow.. but that's okay. I had to start somewhere 🤷 I'm still not super confident but I've come such a long way. it's now been a couple of months and I'm happy with my progress, though it may not be much. ❤️
Idea for other tutorial - Let me down slowly / Alec Benjamin - The house of the rising sun / The Animals - Bobby / Beabadoobee - Can’t help falling in love / Elvis Presley - Sweather Weathee / The Neighbourhood - Love of my life / Queen - My blood / Twenty one pilots
If you are interested in playing the uke the greatest success that I have had was by using the Arthurs Uke Blog (i found it on google) without a doubt the most incredible idea i've tried.
It goes super fast, but it's super doable and fun to learn. Don't try to do it all in one go, press pause and practice and take your time getting the strum pattern in your hand before moving into the progessions...and then same thing, simply pause and get the timing in your hand and remember to count and also speak the strum out loud. Down down tap down pause down tap down...go slow.
Just learned this song in 5 mins. First time learning chords on a ukelele. First song I ever learned on a ukelele. I play guitar so I am good at moving my fingers already but these chords are completely different on a guitar so I'm patting myself on the back!! Love this song so much. Thanks dude!
Dude, I've been trying to figure out how to sing and play at the same time for years (on and off) and this video finally made sense for me. I can actually sing and play a song at the same time!! Thank you!
Bit hard to follow at first but if you keep practicing at it, it will become easier! I was really not doing so good but now I can play it no problems! Don’t give up
when he started playing the chord progression whilst counting the beat went hard and I said “ayyyee”. that’s what I’ve been doing w my day so far. thanks for coming to my TEDtalk. :)
Awesome tutorial! I can see from the comments it isn’t for beginners, BUT once you get all the easy stuff down this is a great tutorial for those looking to expand their knowledge on the uke. AWESOME JOB!
Cmag7, Gmag7, Am and Gmag7, you can use any strumming pattern you feel fits with your speed/pace and how you want to sing the song :) hope this helps! :) (source; ukutabs.com)
Thank so much!! I’m new to playing the ukulele and this tutorial helped me so much! If I got stuck I would just tap backwards and work on the different steps individually, 3 days of practice and I’ve pretty much got the whole song!
me: this should be pretty easy him: put your 3 finger on the 4th fret and the 2 finger on the 3rd fret and the 2 fret pressed by the 4 finger and do this all at once and go 123958329147 me: oops

I think this video is good for players who are a bit intermediate and have had some experience playing but not for beginners just starting out. If you’re a beginner I suggest just playing the down chords and skipping the taps until you get the rhythm of the song
I see in the comments that the strumming pattern has a lot of ppl confused, but if you play the video at -0.75 and used the play along at 5:05, the pattern makes a lot more sense and the final product is really lovely! Crack on!
I understand. Playing and learning the drums helped me understand how to read the beats. The only thing tho is that I’d have to write this down and remember what is what. I really want a ukulele yet I’m sure there’s way more to learn. Thx for this but I’ll go learn the basics now 🙏

Thank so much!! I’m new to playing the ukulele and this tutorial helped me so much! If I got stuck I would just tap backwards and work on the different steps individually, 3 days of practice and I’ve pretty much got the whole song!
His way of saying 1234567 is soo good and pleasing
You counting 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,910 sounds cool with the beat
me: this should be pretty easy
him: put your 3 finger on the 4th fret and the 2 finger on the 3rd fret and the 2 fret pressed by the 4 finger and do this all at once and go 123958329147

Thanks for including the text. Makes it so much easier to follow, I appreciate it
I've been watching you
For some time
Can't stop staring
At those oceans eyes
Burning cities
And napalm skies
Fifteen flares inside those ocean eyes
Your ocean eyes
No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Falling into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes
No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Falling into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes
I've been walking through
A world gone blind
Can't stop thinking of your diamond mind
Careful creature
Made friends with time
He left her lonely with a diamond mind
And those ocean eyes
No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Falling into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes
No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Falling into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes

You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes

At the beginning it's hard to understand, specially if you are a beginner like me. But if you pay attention, you'll see that he is teaching everything step by step and it gets easier. Great video
It looks and sounds so hard, but still very doable and fun to learn
You got this. The secret is to play it slowly and take your time with those chord transitions before playing it a full speed
if he goin to fast just slow down the speed progression of the video! he sounds drunk but it's way easier to follow if you're a begginner
Crack on!
You can slow down the video in settings, I'm watching at 75% and it's helping a lot!
I DID IT! I PLAYED OCEAN EYES, 1 HOUR LATER BUT I DID IT, I AM SO HAPPY
this one was definitely challenging at first with the speed but i slowed it down to -.5 and just kept taking it slow! great tutorial again! thanks
Omg the strumming pattern makes this song amazing! Thank you! :D
me: oh, the chords will be simple! :)
me, 30 minutes later still struggling to get an e minor: REEEEEEEEEEEE
I can’t go from D to Em it takes me ages
I DIDNT EXPECT MYSELF TO BE THIS BAD LMAO WHY DID I BUY 2 UKULELES
Omg-
I didn't know that this was the struggle I have to go through to play ukelele-

Please (how to play come out and play -billie eilish)
Jamilly Mota i thinks it’s really hard
I understand. Playing and learning the drums helped me understand how to read the beats. The only thing tho is that I’d have to write this down and remember what is what. I really want a ukulele yet I’m sure there’s way more to learn. Thx for this but I’ll go learn the basics now 🙏
Could you teach us the Winnie the Pooh theme? thank you!
oml yes please
Yessssssss 1 hour later!
I still haven’t learnt it yet
•Six feet under- Billie Eilish

I learned this in like 30 minute and it was so fun
I’ve been playing for a year in familiar with the chords and the strumming pattern wasn’t too weird for me but this tutorial is incredibly hard to follow even when I slow it down
Omgg thank u I just learnt this in like 10 mins
Can you do a Conan gray song?
Yessssss
Omg yeesss
Yesssssss
I know this is from 5 months ago, but I see him at my university all the time and I’m such a fan girl I’ve never been able to say hi
I was thinking of buying a ukulele as everyone told me it is easy to play. But seeing this I am glad I haven't got one :P
People who are confused, u have to practice the strumming slow and easy to be able to get it, ukulele doesn’t just work in 3 seconds
Bro got bars when he was saying the chords as he played🔥🔥🔥
Thank you so much! Your tutorial is really easy I learned ocean eyes right away
One of the best tutorials !!! Please make more!!!
omg thanks this actually great i learned it with in a day
Great job!
Thank you so much. I really learned how to play it with your video!!!
I got it! Love it thanks for the chords

Just play a down strum at each cord change (you can learn the fancy stuff later) he shows you this before the fancy strumming is taught 😊
Thank you for the tutorial. Helped me a lot!
I learned the chords and bounced lol
Thank you!! This was so clear and easy :’D
Wow it sounds so good ✨
I can play it !
I'M SO EXCITED TO GET ONE FOR MY BIRTHDAY I ALREADY HAVE SO MANY SONGS I WANNA DO, I'M GETTING SO AHEAD OF MYSELF😭😭
That's awesome!
I honestly just did D-UTD-DTD
(D=DOWN, U=UP, T=TAP)
I found that for me its easier to strum up on the second note because i mess up the strumming pattern with the first tap and can't change cords that quick either.
Thank u so much!! This was simple to learn!! 🙏😌❤
My anxiety and my brain do not work well for this it is so confusing omg but these comments make me happy because it’s like I’m not the only one
Hey! This amazing video tutorial! Everything is absolutely clear even for Zero students! Keep shooting tutorials👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Either most of y'all are beginners or just slow, not hating, as guitar player for a year and half that never touched a ukulele and just got one, with the chords are completely different, this was hella easy for me.
Gee thanks! This is really helpful! Haha I wouldn't have figured out such a creative strumming pattern myself.
I love your tutorials, but its a little fast for someone like myself who's a newbie! Lol I'm determined to learn this song because it's my favorite and I wanna sing It to my husband.
i’m about to teach a girl who probably knows more than me, how to play ukelele despite knowing virtually nothing- wish me luck!
