Just for yourself or as an online service for others? If only for yourself, maybe a VPS might do if your software models aren't too heavy. But if it's an online service available to all via a website, you'll need a cloud dedicated server and a good one.
Dremhost is the worst, I had him before 10 years, the Unlimited plan, migrated my site, changed DNS in domain. And after day of function they disabled whole my site for high traffic! It took me two hours to upload all my files to different host, changed DNS again in domain and heard a 12 hours complains from my customers (who had cached DNS to Dreamhost), that site dont working. So no way. What promising Dreamhost as Unlimited is not a true! I dont trust them, because my personal experience was terrible. They put offline my business for half day on purpose!

My fault was, that before 10 year main traffic goes from USA so I badly choiced Dreamhost. Now Im looking for Oracle hosting, have "Free Tier Plan", Time4VPS looking great for EU traffic and have deals for 40 Euros per year now yes per YEAR, or Contabo but Contabo going this month to hell, people conplaining heavily on Trustpilot about bad support. Im from Czech Republic, so also using some VPS and hosting which are like 100km from me and my customers :). Just my 2c is never trust Unlimited deals for few bucks, you will pay HEAVILy for it by screaming of your customers, because they will switch you off in exact moment when you become successfull.

I had shared hosting with Dreamhost and it went down for a whole week! Also it was very slow.
