  • From the corridors of justice, high court judge Nicholas Ombija is a bitter man. The judge now claims that there was an attempt by the executive arm of government to remove him from office, following his landmark ruling in which he issued an arrest warrant on Sudan's president Omar al Bashir, should he step on Kenyan soil. And yesterday , the judge engaged in a bitter exchange inside courtroom with lawyers from the office of the director of public prosecutions led by Patrick Kiage, during the hearing of an ongoing case where former industrialization minister and Tinderet mp Henry Kosgey is challenging the legality of Kiage in prosecuting him. Here is Chris Thairu with that report.
