The pace he’s working at in this video is more realistic. I do the same but mostly roofing these days that’s where the money is in my area. I don’t take breaks and leave when I’m tired generally 9 hours. And do my quotes, paper work in the evenings. summers I work pretty well everyday mon-sun. In the winter I transition to a winter Reno or build.

When you get into a groove and see the productivity, it’s a good time. 20 years in construction on west coast of Canada, and the best times I had, was framing townhouses on the west side, working long days. Then drinking beers watching the last of the light away. Also, cold days, we’re easy working days too. Hot days…not as much fun, but nice when you were done.

Ok thanks and I enjoy your vids, I really appreciate good people like you who dont mind sharing your knowledge to help other people. My Dad always said 2 kinds of men in this world, old men and good old men,
An old man is just a man that got old, a good old man is a man who got old but took time along the way to teach others and share his knowledge in a way to help someone be more successful and avoid mistakes. Sometimes they teach without even trying. Well sir, I believe your on the path to be a good old man one day and I thank you.
